They had the best key lime pie ice cream I have ever had. My son enjoyed a flavor called blue moon, as we perused their chocolate and fudge selection. Awesome place, definitely coming back.

We attended the conference in Hyatt, then we found this place is just nearby. The peach flavored and the lemon pie flavored ice cream here are really good! And the stuff is friendly.

I work at a nursing home, and one of the resident family bought some chewy candy, chocolates, caramel popcorn and peanut brittle as a gift and this was my first time trying it and I love all of it I love so much I took pic of bag and googled it so I can buy some more

Terrible franchise that kills local creameries from selling ice cream that’s better than this joint

Favorite dessert place downtown Greenville. Excellent choices. Chocolate fudge, dark chocolate bars, caramel apples, ice cream.

This place is a must if you’re in the area, it smells amazing like I need a candle so I can smell that chocolate smell all the time! They have lots of options so you’re sure to find something for everyone here. They make products in house there and also offer ice cream as well!

Hands down my favorite ice cream and treat shop. Adjacent to the Hyatt, easy to access via street. Very beautiful setting on Main St. Selection of ice cream is incredible. My favorite being the tasted coconut. It's always a favorite place to grab me delicious treats and ice cream. Highly recommended!

Kilwins is amazing! From the sales associates to the food and atmosphere. Simply a pleasure to shop and the Carmel apples are a must! They are by far the freshest, long lasting carmel apples that I have had in a very long time! The ice ice cream is a treat as well, smooth, creamy, almost velvety. If you are in downtown Greenville, please stop you will not be disappointed. They have freshly made chocolates and fudge as well, which I plan to try on the next trip!

Service was excellent. Ice cream, fudge and fruits covered with chocolate were excellent. They utilize high quality ingredients to produce chocolate equivalent to Belgium chocolate. Kilwins mentions that ice cream are made in house from natural fresh ingredients; we can trust them, their ice creams are amazing. Their products are not the cheapest but such quality has a price.
I do recommend this place.

The 2 ladies working tonight were very friendly, and enjoyed seeing me get 3 scoops into the small bowl. Strawberry chunk, Mackinac island fudge, and kilwins tracks, all excellent! I finished all 3 scoops before making it back to my hotel.? Top tier ice cream!

The staff were fabulous! Ice cream was fine, but not worth the cost. The texture was too gummy and there was more ice crystal than you’d expect for high-end ice cream. Flavors were nice, but not exciting, so I went with vanilla. The sweetness was a bit higher than it should be. Ice cream is made in Michigan. You have to squint to read their tiny menu on the counter. The chocolate dipped pretzel stick tasted fishy, but we didn’t try it until we got home, so that was a waste. Probably won’t be back.
