My daughter ordered online. Was told pick up by 2:45pm. My husband and myself went down to pick up (it's a pain to park - one of us goes around the corner). They were closed. Their error. They close for a couple of hours in the middle of the day and open back up at 5pm. Went back at 5pm and was told my daughter's order would be credited back to her card and I had to pay for another order. We were cooperative and nice. So we paid. Credit was never processed. Extremely rude service. Embarrassed my elderly mother who can’t stand for long. The employee at register with black mask didn’t handle it well. We left and will not return and will not recommend to any friend or family or client.
My meat was cold, soup was not hot. I was told they serve the meat cold that the soup is supposed to heat up the chicken. Asked for a refund was refused. Only was offered a coupon for next time. There won't be a next time ever. There's better ramen spots than this one.
