As a take out regular, I am extremely disappointed in the level of service I have received recently. The food is very good. However, after ordering a meal online, the staff claimed that they suddenly got busy in house and could not make my order. They could only provide me with meat and no sides. They changed my order without asking first and did not offer a refund. I was told I would wait an hour for my original sides if I wanted. Unacceptable.

Very disappointed with my experience here. Ordered 4 rolls (two shrimp tempura, one Japanese bagel roll, and a special “sweetheart roll” that was featured. The sweetheart roll was not served to us as advertised. It was missing ingredients inside and they added sauce on top, so we could not eat the roll due to diet restrictions. We expressed our concerns and they did not offer to remove it from the bill or provide a discount. So a whole roll went uneaten that we paid for. Service was also very slow. Would not return, do not recommend.

The food was amazing, but the service was lacking. We sat for a very long time. Before they got our order, we sat a very long time to get refills. We sat a very long time to get items that we ordered that we did not receive. Love the food will not come back due to service or lack thereof. They had waiters that were just standing around doing nothing. This was not an obvious staffing shortage. There are better places in Greenville to eat that cost less and provide amazing service.

Awesome little spot for great food. We come here just for the sushi and bento box. Service is always great, and never a long wait, if you do. This is downtown Greenville so parking is tough sometimes, depending on the time. If you like sushi, bento boxes, bowls this is the place to go.
