Pretty upset my mom ordered Eclipse donuts for my two kids to celebrate today, she paid online and the order seemed fine. When she got to your store she instead received a box of ugly iced donuts missing the cookies! The employee nonchalantly said they ran out. If you ran out you should have stopped taking orders for them or sent an employee’s to buy more Oreos!
7:45 on a Saturday night, a parking lot loaded with cars. Walk in, the young girl behind the bare display counter tells everyone "Just so you know, these are the only doughnuts we have.... and glazed." at least the folks were kind and courteous . That last part isn't factual.
The only reason we went to the shop on Pleasantburg is because the one on Woodruff Rd had a line that stretched out in the street. Once we actually got into the parking lot, you could tell it...read full review
