Visited family for Thanksgiving in South Carolina, being from out of state we wanted to see if there was a Krispy Kreme location in the area and it was but 25 miles from our location. Well that didn't stop us, especially when you're craving a Hot Krispy Kreme donut, so off we went. Wow it was worth the ride, hot sign was on and let me tell you those donuts were out of this world delicious. Melt in your mouth. The staff was friendly, courteous, and efficient and they were packed with customers. Good clean inviting atmosphere. Definitely would recommend this Krispy Kreme location for all your donut desires.

The peanut Christmas collection donuts Missing two Santa Claus and one chocolate!!! Instead, they put regular glazed donuts At this point I will never shop here and will be telling everyone I know as well including online not to shop here!!!! this is the third time something like this has happened!!! People work hard for their money and should not be shorted no matter what it is!
Jaden is an employee that makes sure my order is correct no matter what the other mistakes are. Shatyla is an employee that shows no respect for her fellow workers and tends to have a nasty attitude. If she is around while ordering your food, do not allow her to serve you. Every other employee there are top tier and gives their absolute all.

We stopped in for a treat when we were nearby and it was obvious that everyone working were kind to each othe. They were friendly and smiled. I was pleasantly surprised by the customer service!

The employees are rude and treat you like you are low class if you get a too good to go order. They also are disrespectful and rude when you explain to them how the app works. They also have poor manners when it comes to speak to customers. I would give 0 zero star for customer service for 2 of the employees. The other employee was very friendly and excited to hear about how the too good to go app works. I am also most likely the customer they were making fun of in the last review as its about the exact time I was there.

Nasty, rude, stuck up staff and management with nasty hygiene (or person trying to impersonate management). How rude that they make fun of people, smirk, and snicker at customers to their face!!! Very rude esp when it’s a person with an disability! Even at the drive through. The audacity!! Always smells like weed in there also. I’ll just drive all the way to Spartanburg for donuts they are the original and privately owned!
