We paid $16 for old donuts. This is the second time this has happened, so I won't be back. We had to throw out 5 that were so hard you couldn't bite them. The chocolate icing had started turning white. The service wasn't good either. Next time we will do something else.

Incredibly rude staff. After sitting for ages at the drive thru speaker with no one greeting me, I pulled to the window. The girl that came to the window asked me what I ordered (no greeting). I explained nicely that no one ever came to the speaker. She glared at me and asked me what I wanted. I ordered, she told me my total, took my credit card, and handed me my donut without another word.

Came to this shop twice and both times had a terrible experience. 1st time ordered 2 dozens original thru drive thru. Lady only gave me 1 order and disappeared. Waited about 5 minutes and went inside to ask for my other order. 2nd time I went inside and it happened again but this time it was a different employee. Like what the hell right. Then this kid has the audacity to ask for a tip like seriously! Wont be buying from this place again.

Went through the drive thru to order doughnuts. The young guy could not understand my order. A dozen of glazed doughnuts are now more than $14 a dozen. The half dozen mixed was over $13. Unfortunately, the filled doughnuts has almost NO filling inside. The quality of the mixed doughnuts was VERY POOR! I will never be back to this Krispy Kreme!!!

It may just be me but I found it to be very expensive, even with a coupon. Way more than I remember a couple years ago. The donuts didn’t look like they worth the money so I didn’t buy today. Service always seems to be slow but they were nice.
This will be my only opinion of this place. Well it's been there for years and I used to like going there heck I still do, but who can afford to go it's ridiculous, lol. Everything has gone up to the extreme. The place looks the same , but run down a bit. The same place to park, in front and if you're not careful you WILL be in a wreck. I'm not trying to be ugly it's just a point, everyone wants more more more money, fix the place up if you want more money, but if you want loyal customers like you always have had lower your dang price.

I asked to use a coupon and the people working there seemed annoyed. I asked for an iced latte and the person helping me said they couldn't do a cold latte so I asked for a hot latte and they said they can't do one of those either. The person helping me made us wait because he needed help using a coupon. I decided I would do the order online and pay to help him out. The online ordering was down. I waited for the worker to come help and she then told me she couldn't use my coupon because the system was down not knowing that I watched the guy before me use his coupon. I understand that things sometimes happen but the overall attitude of the employees seemed annoyed with me as a customer instead of apologetic that nothing that I asked for was working. I decided to leave the store without Krispy Kreme.

Didn't have the donuts advertised christmas grinch donuts looked like a kindergarten student decorated them overpriced hot now sign on donuts tasted like last weeks.. wouldn't recommend this location keep driving
