Doughnuts are as expected but don’t expect your mobile order to be ready when you arrive.Tried several times during non busy hours to order ahead and each time it’s not ready when I arrive.Cheers

Ordered online tday for two dozen doughnuts for my kids. They paid the extra to pick out the ones they want. Two short of two dozen came plus almost none of the ones I asked for were there.Im old and grew up with this franchise and I can't remember a complaint up till these last two orders.....neither were close to correct and they blame the driver and the driver blames them.Everyone running around stealing orders, packages, etc. ....your just making things worse for everyone and unfortunately none of us will be ordering again. I hope you know there's my wife and I, our five children, one has a fiance and two children......so. you loose 10 people as customers in this moment for bring so d$mn rude.

I placed an online order (1 dozen original glazed and 1 dozen assorted) to pick up for my son’s birthday party a few days away. When I arrived to pick up my order, they handed me 1 dozen and tried to send me on my way. When I let them know my order was for 2 dozen and I presented my detailed receipt, they had trouble locating the rest of my order. Apparently my order was given to a “Daniel” and gave me the other person’s order. When I asked them to please remake the assorted dozen the lady was very rude. Not once did she apologize for the mistake. I understand that mix-ups can happen, especially with customers with similar names, but there is no reason to treat a customer the way I was treated.

Wow…. I LOVE these donuts! Nothing beats donuts coming off hot right off the line!! Crispy outside with a pillowy in! So good! It was busy and the drive through was full, but the service was fast and pleasant! I would go again!! Five stars!!

Extremely terrible and deceitful. The loyalty app told us we could get 2 dozen glazed for $2.29/dozen. We waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes, and when we get to the window, the little black girl tries to upcharge us for premium donuts after quoting our order. I asked her to NOT swipe my card until I confirm the order and the amount. We showed her the app on our phone, and she scanned it to also get our points. After explicitly telling her we wanted the two dozen for $2.29 deal, she proceeded to swipe my card prematurely for $20.00 and tried to give us the two dozen donuts. I told her the receipt was wrong and that it overcharged. She said she'd have to get the manager because the system wasn't raining it up correctly. Then, the manager comes over trying to be pushy telling us to just take the donuts and have a nice night. I proceeded to tell him that was NOT what we ordered and told him about the promotion their company was sending us. He stated that we had to purchase a dozen at full price, which is NOT what the app stated. I told him I just wanted my entire purchase refunded and that this was very backhanded the way it was handled. He punched some keys on the computer and said, "Fine, it's done". At this point, I had no proof of voiding the transaction, so I requested a copy of the voided transaction. He hands me a random receipt that simply stated --VOID--, yet has no reference number, nor does it show the last 4 of my card that they prematurely charged. He refused to give me any other documentation, and was very rude and belligerent. I'm never going back to this store, but I will continue to let others know what happened. If the management of this store treats customers this way, I wonder what they do behind closed doors. I only wish the owner or PR person knew about their devious tactics and lack of customer service, let alone their store not honoring the promotions that their company is sending to online subscribers.

Went at 7:40 this morning and sat in the drive thru for over 20 minutes. My friend went inside to see what the hold up was and they had almost zero donuts at almost 8am ???? There were 4 cars in front of me and four behind me and I was stuck. 20 min in a drive thru with no option to just get out of line and change my mind due to the wait. The photo below is the display of what the had. Ridiculous.
