We were so excited to see the new concept of Maverick and Travinia take over the old Southern Culture space. We arrived early during a weekday and appeared to be one of the first. The food was delicious. I had the Burrito for breakfast and I was sad to see it disappear. It was so good and flavorful. The home fries were very good. Amazing fresh breakfast of eggs, thick juicy bacon, and the grits are incredible! The waffles are huge and fluffy. The atmosphere and staff are warm and inviting. I love this place!
