Service was slow. Sat in the drive through for longer than usual. Was a problem at the window and had to move up to move the line, but was just waiting for a coke. It would have been faster to grab a cup, get ice, and put some coke in the cup instead of making us pull up. I don't understand why it took so long or why doing their job was such an issue

I'm a regular McDonald's gal. I love that the app has so many deals, it's nearly unbeatable! I was traveling through South Caroline on Greyhound bus, and visited here on a 20 minute stopover. The staff here were so lovely and peaceful. I ordered from the kiosk, but they brought it right to me with a smile, and there was even a woman with white hair that wore a beautifully fun headband with pink bouncing pompoms.

11:30 pm waited over 5 minutes still no one greeted me. Just pulled up to the window till someone took our order. The look I got from that man was like he didn't want to even be there. Gave us our drinks then 4 minutes later asked us to pull up and he would bring it out . They had 4 more cars full of people drive off because they got tired of waiting for someone to take their order . We will not be back there . There was 3 people I saw working and with a parking lot 3/4 full...
