Each build your own pizza starts with the classic Mellow pizza crust, red sauce, and mozzarella cheese. Select ingredients to build your own pizza. Ingredients can be added to the whole pizza or just one-half of the pizza. Thin crust, gluten-free crust (available for small pizzas only) and vegan cheese also available.

The mellow Mushroom in Greenville SC is located next to Reedy River Park ehich is rated as in the top 10 city parks in the US.
The pizza we had was their Shiitake Mushroom. This was the most delicious pizza I have ever had. The staff is very welcoming and efficient. We will go back soon.

Wow oh wow. I love this pizza. We go to Mellow Mushrooms in every city we go to and this one was great! Minimal wait for a Saturday before a baseball game AND a local prom. Service was quick and kind (we had a young man with long blonde hair). Pizza was tasty! Highly recommend.
