I had such a pleasant experience here today ! We were assisted by Leo and he had SUCH AN AMAZING & kind attitude!! He was so kind I ask him how I could give him a great review!! These days it seems like quality customer service is almost nonexistent & not even taught during training anymore but Leo definitely showed the beautiful side of customer service!!! I recently (today) had an event catered by our local Moe's on Haywood Rd in Greenville! The customer service was BEYOND exceptional! I spoke with an employee, Chase. We catered for 55-60 people. Chase made the ordering simple and helped make excellent suggestions for our group, he kept me updated, was very accommodating when I had to add additional people to our number, and they even had someone deliver (for a small fee, but it was MORE than worth it!), they delivered, were...
