Terrible experience with what was supposed to be a free burrito on my rewards on the app. The lady, who claimed to be the owner, told me it probably expired at 1:09pm (because that's the time it was issued) and I was there at 1:50 to get lunch. I've spent 20 years in the restaurant business and never heard of a coupon or reward having a time expiration, only a date. The Spartanburg, SC location is horrible. The staff appears to have no clue what they are doing, nor do they care. I spoke with the manager the last time I was in, and it became obvious where the rest of the staff gets their attitude. One young man working in there tried his best to fix the problem, but he could only go so far. The restaurant is kept clean, and the people working there are nice, which is appreciated. Some customers noticed that the salsa bar was messy and that the pricing for combos was higher than expected. There have been changes in the food since rebranding, such as different lettuce and chips, and the removal of El Guapo salsa was missed. Despite these issues, the service remains excellent, making it a good place to get quick, fresh, and tasty meals.
