My kids and I love O-cha. The staff is kind and helpful. If you have any questions about the menu they do a wonderful job of explaining. They are patient with my kids when they have questions. I-cha’s drinks are so delicious. Also they have blended drinks which many other locations don’t have. My current favorite drink is a Honey Dew Sno-cream with tapioca pearls. This is a gem. I wish I still lived close by, but walking downtown to O-Cha was one of my favorite things. I have been a fan for 17 years, wayyy back when they were in a different location.
