I love the taste of the manga tea and passion fruit pearls it’s absolutely delicious and the workers are really nice. A great place for a friendly hangout

Used to come here all the time 7-8 years ago. And this was THE PLACE to get boba: always busy and every drink was incredible.

Came this weekend (late Feb 2026) and was greatly disappointed. The place reeked of bleach and cleaning chemicals when we walked in, was dimly lit, and ironically the cleanliness is just not what I remembered is as before.

Staff was friendly and our $21 milk teas (small because apparently large was not in stock) were ready promptly. They were definitely small and the outdated lids were truly giving lazy energy.

The icing on it all for me is that our milk teas were watered down and really not even good. Kind of sad to see such an icon, truly in the middle of Falls Park, go so downhill.

Women working was on the phone the entire time we were there both ordering and while making our drinks. She messed up the boba in the drink and then just added pooping boba to the tapioca we didn’t want. We threw it away immediately after. Waste of money 😡

I was not able to buy anything from here because they do not have tap to pay.

Very good tea, the staff seems fruity, which is fine.

Bubble tea was great BUT- service can make or break a business. Extremely unprofessional to discuss tip with a coworker in front of paying customers. I’m sorry but were you expecting a $20 tip on a $6 drink? This place really encompasses southern hospitality.

Ordered a delicious peach milk tea. The staff were very polite to me and the other customers that came in after me. Decided to look around for a future visit. I’ll definitely be back!

Support your Small business! Loved this place. The matcha milk tea with tapioca pearls is my favorite. They also have mochi!

All the new comments about the young Black woman are not only racist but are from people willing to break the law and be criminals. I’ve been here plenty of times with my family and friends of ALL races and NOBODY has had an issue with the young Black woman working there. She follows the rules and I appreciate ANY store that cares about the health of other people. She is so kind when taking orders and never misses a beat! I’d probably stop coming here if she left tbh because I’d know it was because of the racist situations I’m seeing on the review page. Have a heart and respect essential workers and people willing to work and serve you during a pandemic!

Tea was okay and the lady taking orders was lowkey super rude

Unfortunately didn’t like it. Atmosphere inside was depressing and drinks were not tasty.

I got the Hong Kong Tea and it wasn’t bad but certainly not the best, my mom got a lychee fruit tea which I liked better than my milk tea. The place is in a great location near the river and isn’t a super far walk from the liberty bridge. My only problem was that the tapioca pearls were still cooking when we arrived, the woman working said it would be 30 more minutes until they were done.. But at that point they had been open for 20 mins. By calculation, the pearls would be done almost an hour after they open.. I personally think it may have been poor planning but maybe it was just that morning.
