I enjoyed this small shop in a hidden spot along Reedy River. I was impressed with the intentionality of the worker who made sure she warmed the milk and honey that I asked for before putting it in my tea! Small things like this are noteworthy, and I’ll definitely return for the diverse collection, quality of tea and impeccable service.

I’ve been twice to give it another shot but the milk tea was terrible. Super watered down with almost no sweetener. Tasted like watered down tea with a splash of milk. The pearls were very hard as well. Their flavored teas were good, but I was super disappointed both times I went and ordered the Jasmine milk tea.The service was great and the shop itself was lovely. I just wish the tea was more up to par.

O-Cha is one of the original tea places in the downtown area, and I’m so glad to see that it’s still running. I don’t have any complaints about the service. We ordered and got our teas pretty quickly. The location is wonderful-we sat by a window and people watched because you can see everyone walking up and down the Swamp Rabbit by the river. It’s not far from the main strip and it’s about halfway through downtown, which is really convenient if you’d like to stop and get a snack as you’re walking around. The inside atmosphere is fine-nothing out-of-this-world, but it was neat and clean. The food and drinks were what we wanted and expected. We got a few little mochi ice creams, which were nice. The teas were very good-I liked that you could still taste the tea itself instead of it just tasting like flavored milk. We got taro and brown sugar (we try these wherever we can to get a good measurement) and I’d say they’re in my top couple of places to get boba in Greenville!

Delicious, but service is even better! My mom loves blueberry and we have a hard time finding it. It wasn’t on the menu today, but they opened it up just for her. Thank you for making my mom happy? I won’t ever forget it!

This place is a fun spot to get sweet treats, especially on a hot summer day! There are two different kinds of tea you can buy, Milk Tea and... Juice Tea I think it is? You can get it over ice or like a slushy kind of. The tea itself is pretty good, not usually bland, the popping boba is better than the tapioca pearls in my opinion. The mochi is OUT OF THIS WORLD delicious, even though it is store-bought. The prices are not too bad, and the wait isn't usually too bad either. No complaints!

The guy that took our order was nice. The brown sugar pearls are delicious, however, the brown sugar milk tea itself tasted very watered down (although it looked correct). Either the tea was weak or I was given way too much milk. My daughter had the mango tea, and enjoyed it. I’d go back if in the area but wouldn’t order a milk tea.

Great location in downtown and near Falls Park. Average service which I cannot really complain about. The actual boba tea was fairly priced, but was honestly the worst boba that I’ve ever had in my entire life. I’m a huge boba tea fan and I’ve been to so many different boba tea places. I don’t think I’ve ever had to throw away an unfinished boba tea. This store needs to think again about how they make their boba. I got the watermelon flavored one. It tasted like chemicals and the tapioca tasted like cheap trash.

I’m an avid boba lover and have gone to my fair share of boba shops in different states but this one made me sad.Walking in I was weary because there are large containers of flavored powders but I went ahead and ordered a jasmine milk tea with brown sugar boba. Pretty standard boba drink. It came out looking watery…. It tasted like tea, sugar, and milk. Granted the name is “milk tea” but the ingredients to a usual milk tea drink is not so basic. The brown sugar boba was hard and not sweet. The sweetness level to the drink was pretty great but the flavor was really lacking. I understand the appeal on a hot day and you need a cold sweet drink but in terms of a boba spot I’d recommend, this one is not it.

I love this place, everyone is so nice and they help you with any questions. Their drinks taste amazing! It can get pretty busy, but the drinks still come out fast. The menu is easy to understand and is a great place for a first time. Personally, they have the best bubble tea in Greenville!!

I visited O-Cha years ago and thought it was a really cool place, it was bright and colorful, the staff was friendly and helpful and they had board games for customers to hang out and play. I visited again on June 6th at around 2:00 pm, the person taking orders was nice. The drink was good and refreshing but took a while to come out which I thought was weird because it's just a drink. About a third of the place was chained off, it was overall kinda dingy, the fun was gone. The blue haired person making the tea literally yelled at everyone in the place to be quiet. It was not a good vibe.

Ocha tea bar has always been fantastic, delicious, friendly, and my favorite boba tea place in Greenville. I’ve been going there since 2014 and am never disappointed. My friends, family, and boyfriend love it as well. Their range of flavors and additives (pearls, popping bubbles, jellies) never cease to disappoint. If you’re looking for good boba in Greenville, Ocha is the place to go. Hands down. If I could give them 10 stars I would
