The waitress was overwhelmed, she was waitressing and running the bar.. she was very sweet and handled the press.. but we didn't get the service we usually get.. never came back for refills of tea, when salad was brought no bread sticks. We asked said they would be right up they were baking.. dinner came we asked again, told they were burned and she would bring out some shortly.. she never did.. another waiter brought our refills and bread sticks at the end of the meal....
I came in with a group of 5 total people on Saturday, March 1st. They were relatively busy, but got us seated right away. Our server was Kenny, and he was PHENOMENAL. He was very attentive and had remembered us from a prior visit. I haven’t been to Olive Garden in a good long year and I finally got to go. I was so disappointed in the service, the quality of the food. No one was at the front to greet us or take us to a table. Our waiter barely checked on us. We had to get the attention from another waitress just to get to-go boxes. The chicken Alfredo that I craved after so long didn’t have the same taste.
