PITA Mediterranean Street Food - Greenville

I ordered through Uber eats. This place will rob you. I ordered two gyro platters with extra meat on both. It showed up drowning in sauce, with almost no rice. It was a buy one get one special. But is it really a deal when it shows up with less meat than a regular order and almost no rice. The pita bread was also stale. Last issue, I ordered hummus and recieved soggy fries instead. Apparently reading a ticket and checking a.bag is too much to ask. Stear clear of this place

Me and my Fiancé went to Pita for lunch today for our first time.

Let me tell you, this will not be the last time. First, the service was excellent, there was one gentleman working by himself and not only was he serving up some of the best food I’ve had all month, he was even going the extra mile to bring us our food/utensils.

Go support Pita, it seriously is a must try in Greenville.

Great food! Staff will try to lie to you to get out of replacing your food. We had a Grubhub order delivered. We eat here all the time. In store or delivery. I ordered the signature gyro with no sauce. Same as always. The gyro has sauce on it so I called to see if I could get it replaced. The guy on the phone told me that no sauce means that they don’t put it on top but it’s always on the bottom. I called him on it explaining that I eat there a lot and I know that’s not true. He then backtracked but that’s ridiculous. If the guy would have told me no refunds I would have respected it more. Instead he tried to lie to me to get out of it. He eventually offered to give me a free one the next time I come in and asked for my name.

One of the best restaurants that I have been to in quite a while. The service was great. The atmosphere was lovely. The food preparer was on his number one game. He served me and explained everything in detail about all food items really appreciate. All of the little touches , they added , even gave a tip to the staff.

Falafel Pita was absolutely dry and tasteless , service was so so. Don’t visit on weekends , because they charge extra for drinks on weekends.

This is my go to takeout spot. The street style gyros are the best in Greenville. The hummus is excellent and the Greek fries are a must with every meal. Prices are fair compared to most other places.

The food here is absolutely incredible. If you like Mediterranean food and you like food with a full flavor profile then this is the place for you. Everything is excellent especially the hummus. Today is a cold day outside ~45, and the restaurant is also quite cold. I wore a jacket and was still chilly. The service is good for takeout.

So tasty! So many choices for non meat and meat eaters. Great, fast service. Yummy and so much I had to take half home with me. Highly recommend for a quick but substantial meal.
