Haven't eaten Pizza Hut in years until last night. They had a bogo on medium pizzas and we got cheesy bread and a brownie. MEH to all of it. Won't be eating Pizza Hut again any time soon. Small pieces of toppings on a soggy pan pizza, which costs extra, The cheesy bread wasn't even cut into strips, just a 6x8 ish bread and cheese. The brownie was a pan of brownies very reminiscent of the brownies in TV dinners. We'll be going back to Marcos. Better flavor, better fresher toppings, and not soggy.

This is the (2) time I have tried this location on Poinsette Hwy in Greenville sc. There is a lady that works there and her name is Dianne. She was very Rude and very unprofessional.My son said hey how are you doing , and she just looked at him very mean and never said a word to him . Then he waved at her and got the same response. Then we waited at the table and she never came over to the table then she said you need to come up here and place your order. I thought that was very Rude and very unprofessional. I can not believe how we were treated.We ended up leaving and never placing the order for how we were treated. I had the same problem with her a year ago. I tried to give it another chance hoping she no longer worked there, but sadly she was still there with the same Bad attitude. I canāt believe Pizza Hut would allow someone like that woman to work in their restaurant representing their company that treats a paying customer the way she did . I will never step foot back in that location as long as that lady is working there. That lady should be Fired for the way she treated my son and how Rude she was to me. I will tell everyone I know not to come to that location because of that Rude lady Dianne . I hope you fix this problem or you will be losing more customers because of the Poor Customer Service at this location.

Their salad buffet price is $10 which is crazy to me when you could step it up a knotch and go next door to Olive garden and enjoy a better one for less. What i disliked the most was you are allowed to eat inside but they no longer offer plates you have to eat out of your box they only offer bottle drinks and If you want to get a special you have to go online and order it yourself for pickup. A little much and very disappointing

I am deeply disappointed with my recent experience at Pizza Hut. I placed two separate orders, one for a pan pizza and one for a hand-tossed, yet both arrived looking identical: hand-tossed, dry, and lacking the distinct quality I expected. When I asked the attendant why the pan pizza looked exactly like the hand-tossed, he dismissed my concern and insisted it was not. When I raised the issue of extra sauce, he argued with me and only reluctantly gave me extra sauce on the side instead of making it right.
This is not just a mistake. It shows a complete disregard for accuracy, presentation, and customer satisfaction. If this is Pizza Hutās quality, then all you are really offering is an overpriced version of Little Caesars with none of the honesty.
As a nationally syndicated radio host, I have a platform that reaches far and wide, and I cannot in good conscience recommend Pizza Hut. There seems to be no regard for product quality, presentation, or honoring the customerās order.
I advise anyone considering Pizza Hut to lower your expectations significantly, otherwise you will walk away just as underwhelmed and frustrated as I did.

Iām not sure how the food tastes. It is now been 18 hours since I ordered a pizza and no pizza has yet arrived. I tried to contact the store, but was rerouted to a call center, who after three requests, failed to connect me with the store. They said they opened a ticket with corporate Pizza Hut, which was supposed to be responded to within 10 minutes. It has now been 18 hours since placing the order, and I have received zero communication from the Pizza Hut store or Pizza Hut corporate. I donāt know if my pizza is still coming or not, since thereās been no communication telling me that itās not. They still took my money. 0 stars, would not recommend ever ordering from Pizza Hut again, even if it were the last restaurant on earth.
Very nice inside new furniture, staff is friendly. Food was fast within 15 minutes. Bottle soda, but that is a great idea, no waste.. !! Take it with ya when you're done.

The lady was very nice. They do not offer cup drinks. No free refills. You have to buy a bottle drink.. if you eat in. We just happen to have cups in the car. So we bought one of their two liters. We ask for pan pizza and got very thin pizza. We got our plates off the salad bar. Not like it use to be. soooo sad
