Update: Order was received at 7:58pm. The supreme original crust was not cooked through and the dough still raw, not to mention it barely had any toppings. I don’t know if the order being marked in route & delivered before it has been received is a fulfillment issue that corporate has placed upon its stores, or a glitch with their tracking system but it should be checked into. The fact remains I received the run around from an out of the country call center. I will NEVER order Pizza Hut again after this experience and I will now only order from a local, family owned pizza joints. Pizza Hut lost a loyal customer of over 30 years. Way to go! 👏🏻 If I could give zero stars I would. Placed a mobile order for delivery. Including tip this was a $62 order. 10 minutes after placing the order the tracking stated it was in route. Tracking stated that the delivery was made at 7:12pm; however the order was never received. I called the local number which goes to a call center out of the country. When someone came on the line the rep said they would transfer me to the store. I was passed around the call center 3 times, each time being told I was being put through to the local store. I had to call my credit card company to issue a charge back.

Vegetarian options: You can always make a veggie pizza at this store
Parking: Enough spots for pickup items,not too busy.

Ordered pizzas thinking they'd be open during the power outage and they took my order just fine but said it would be 90 minutes before arriving, after waiting that long the order states its been dropped off but I received nothing and now suddenly the store is closed. What a scam, 100% charging back on this
Very clean restaurant. Manager Brittany was very hospitable and nice. Greeted me with a smile. Food tasted excellent and was ready in a timely manner. I highly recommend this place.?

Old reliable. Thin and crispy medium though definitely not worth $16.
I ordered through the app to have food delivered for my lunch break. Once the estimated delivery time had passed I checked the status it said delivered. I called and was told my order was delivered to Walmart, I do not work at Walmart. They said they called me twice but my phone never rang. This was the worst experience I have ever had at any pizza hut. I expect a full refund promptly. And good day.

Ordered online today, their site continuously changes your sauce preferences back to sauce, expressly when you save no sauce or light sauce. The kicker is that when you see it on your receipt and you call the store immediately to have it fixed before it gets made you're put on hold for 15 minutes and then the manager actually picks up your call and proceeds to tell you that you put your order in wrong and there's nothing he's going to do about making sure it's right. Are you kidding me? I am over the moon and spiraling into the abyss of the black hole on the other side, PISSED! And then to top it all he hangs up on me. DUDE let me give you a little piece of advice. Stop interrupting people when they are trying to explain the situation don't call them liar's and most importantly THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT WHETHER THEY ACTUALLY ARE OR NOT. IN THIS CASE, I WAS, BUT YOU WOULDN'T LISTEN! I could expressly call you out on social media but I won't say your name, just know that I know it and so does corporate. And to further complain you didn't put the correct sauce on the wings so glad no one here has an allergy to buffalo sauce just don't like it so now they get to go in the trash cause heaven knows you aren't going to make it right!
