The gentleman that took my order told me 2 mediums pizzas, bread sticks and wings were 22 dollars so I ordered that and a large one topping pepperoni thin crust. Was charged 54 dollars when I got there the cashier might have made a mistake but I looked at the receipt and they charged me all individually per item when it was supposed to be a package deal family box so I feel like I was over charged

Update: Order was received at 7:58pm. The supreme original crust was not cooked through and the dough still raw, not to mention it barely had any toppings. I don’t know if the order being marked in route & delivered before it has been received is a fulfillment issue that corporate has placed upon its stores, or a glitch with their tracking system but it should be checked into. The fact remains I received the run around from an out of the country call center. I will NEVER order Pizza Hut again after this experience and I will now only order from a local, family owned pizza joints. Pizza Hut lost a loyal customer of over 30 years. Way to go! 👏🏻 If I could give zero stars I would. Placed a mobile order for delivery. Including tip this was a $62 order. 10 minutes after placing the order the tracking stated it was in route. Tracking stated that the delivery was made at 7:12pm; however the order was never received. I called the local number which goes to a call center out of the country. When someone came on the line the rep said they would transfer me to the store. I was passed around the call center 3 times, each time being told I was being put through to the local store. I had to call my credit card company to issue a charge back.

If you're gonna ask for special instructions, then follow them. If you're gonna ask if I want to add anything to my pizza like peppers, onions, etc, then give me what I pay for!
Pizza hut has stuff crust, thats all you need to know lol. Always pretty good food. Just need better pricing, items are kind of on the high side.
Vegetarian options: You can always make a veggie pizza at this store
Parking: Enough spots for pickup items,not too busy.
Kid-friendliness: Kids love pizza, so why not lol.
Wheelchair accessibility: Not too hard to enter if you use a wheelchair.

Ordered pizzas thinking they'd be open during the power outage and they took my order just fine but said it would be 90 minutes before arriving, after waiting that long the order states its been dropped off but I received nothing and now suddenly the store is closed. What a scam, 100% charging back on this
Very clean restaurant. Manager Brittany was very hospitable and nice. Greeted me with a smile. Food tasted excellent and was ready in a timely manner. I highly recommend this place.?
