shipping is terrible and stop blaming the carrier. My order was processed, paid for, had label, tracking order, and sat in your warehouse for a whole week. It has now officially shipped and I won't get it for another week. something is not right. I don't trust your company anymore. there are other companies out there that offer mold free, organic coffee, caffeine free coffee.
Terrible shipping service that lacks in communication. Coffee is overpriced and service is terrible. Not a serious business that will last. I’ve bought approximately 15 pounds from them but going elsewhere because they can’t deliver on-time.
