The only redeeming quality about this restaurant is the amazing staff that works here. Our waitress was phenomenal and our food was cooked perfectly and was amazing. However the prices here are INSANE. I grew up near Pittsburgh and used to go to Quaker Steak and Lube all the time so when I found out we were going to pass one on our way home to Charlotte I was so excited to stop and revisit my childhood. On what earth is a company out here charging $4 for a fountain soda? How is a WING restaurant charging for ANY ranch? Not just extra - like you can't have any with your wings without paying a fee. We ordered 15 wings and asked if we could have 3 different sauces and you can't do that either. ONE wing sauce only or for a $1 upcharge they'll let you do a second sauce but that's it. I feel so bad for the staff here because the nickel and diming is truly insane and as amazing as it was I'm not spending the same amount of money I would at a fancy steakhouse on a rundown wing joint.

We ordered Mozzerella sticks (okay), fried pickle spears (panko breaded and not very good), fries, and wings. The jalapeno honey wings are so sweet and there's no spice to them. The fries were hard and cold. The server did bring us fresh fries after we asked her to throw ours away. The food was NOT worth the price. Won't be going back.

No complaints at all. Hubby tried the wing challenge and met his match after years of hot and spicy... Eating the world's hottest , he took a break and this challenge whooped him.. but everything was great and our waitress was amazing!!

Great atmosphere and cool theme! The service was horrible. No one acknowledged me for nearly half an hour upon walking in and beginning to end it took nearly an hour and a half to get a burger. The burger wasn't "bad" but for nearly $16 I would've expected way better and larger. My server was terrible, didn't ask how I wanted it cooked and I didn't know till I stopped her and asked what came on it before finding out it literally came with nothing so I had to request mayo and mustard. The burger tasted okay but seemed like the meat was from frozen. The loaded fries weren't bad but nothing to write home about. I'd love to give them more stars but based on this visit it was pretty miserable. Two stars for decent food but terrible service.

Walked in for a quick lunch and sat at the bar. Skinny guy with a beard was working. Not really sure what his problem was, but he seemed annoyed at everything. Snippy and rudeWatched his interactions with other customers, and he was the same with them. I saw lots of eye rolls and head shaking from the customers who seemed just as upset as I was.I don’t think I’ll be back.
