Nothing was labeled for the brunch buffet. And if it was it was labeled incorrect. Everything on the buffet bar was warm at best by the time you sit down to eat your plate is cold. We weren't greeted properly the treated me and my mother like we were delivery people. Instead of hi welcome table for two? We got how can I help you with a smug look of disinterest. And then we were asked if we had reservations. We told him no so he sat us at the bar. There was plenty of available seating aside from the bar given it was Sunday but it was almost 1pm. We weren't properly informed on what we had to order from the waiter( like waffles which we're not that great )vs what you needed to grab and get yourself. The best thing I can say I had was a drink at the bar. Greeter 1/5 Bartender/ waiter 4/5.Parking: Get there early to get good downtown ParkingWheelchair accessibility: No visible wheelchair access.

My wife and I stopped in for a breakfast. The service was great and the food was okay but that was about it. I had an omelette with chicken sausage peppers and cheese. Good but again just okay. My wife got the big breakfast. It was again good but not amazing. The one down side was cost A soda was 4$ and total was 38.88 without the tip. Again it fit the bill for a breakfast just a little less than great.

We stayed at the Hyatt for a dance competition and had a nice experience. We sat down to eat the first night and were warned by the hostess that the server was a little overwhelmed. We waited around 30 minutes and decided to leave and told the hostess what happened. Multipleservers walked by and kept saying they would get someone and they never came. Ended up going back the next day and had a great server. I will go back next time I’m at the Hyatt.

We came in early as we were in town for an event. We inadvertently looked T the lunch menu and were excited to try some lighter fare. Menu changes to dinner at 4pm. Our fault, for not paying attention. We ordered a few apps and our server “special ordered” some lunch fare for us. Stellar service. All the food was good, but those shishito peppers, just yum. We would definitely come back.

Reservation process was easy. We had a sweet lady as our waitress and she did a great job checking on us to see if we needed anything and filling out drinks. There was a great selection of food (breakfast and lunch). The flavoring of the food was savory. The atmosphere was relaxing. This was my first time going, and I plan on returning. Highly recommend this restaurant.
Absolutely disgusted that not once but two times I’ve got crippling food poisoning from this place!!!!
