Ruth's Chris Steak House

Good food. Excellent service. Don't get me wrong, good food, just not awesome.

I used to love Ruth’s Chris, we went for Mothers Day dinner. Service was okay. A little hands off and they made a couple of minor errors. My issue was the Filet Mignon. Such a low quality steak that was tough. They’re using cheap meat.

Great area downtown greenville to eat. Service was a bit slack. I was disappointed that no one was outside when arriving to valet park. Atmosphere was nice and food was par.

This is the BEST Ruth's Chris Steak House I have ever been to and I have been all over the country. I sat at the bar on both nights I was there. The food was perfect as usual, but the service was over the top. I talked with the bartender and manager for a long time, really nice people, one of the most enjoyable experiences I have had anywhere. Martini was PERFECT both nights, will come back for sure and stay at the Embassy Suites. The entrance is inside the hotel so you just need to come down the elevator and walk right in.

Me and my wife went there for dinner for 22nd anniversary. I really enjoyed the whole experience. The food was excellent. Our server was top-notch. Will definitely be back

If you are in casual clothes, they will seat you in the bar area. So go ahead and go. We had a great time, and the bartender was our server. Bet chocolate martini ever.

Last night we went to an event that the restaurant had, the person of the event was not friendly, the service was not good, they just arrived and gave you the food without asking you if you needed something or what you thought it was very poor the treatment to be Ruth Chris. At the end of the night, I started to feel bad, a lot of stomach pain and vomiting, we talked to the manager and she didn't care. It's 3 in the morning and I still have a stomachache. I don't recommend it, go somewhere else to spend your money and where you feel good with the service they offer.

Jay (the server) was absolutely amazing! So intentional with engaging with us and very detailed regarding our meal!

First time going and the food was amazing.Our server Kaiya was very sweet she really made sure or first time was great!

We went Saturday night and they had a full house. Our waitress came to the table and was very polite just not attentive enough throughout the dinner service, she came to the table only once after the food was brought over and then again for the check and to bag the food. My glass was never refilled during the entire dinner service and the Tomahawk steak we ordered came out incredibly under seasoned and grossly over charred. And for some reason it came out on this sizzling hot plate and as a result of that, what should have been our beautiful medium/medium well steak was now very close to well done on one side. And I didn’t send it back because we had already waited quite a while I’m unsure if the kitchen was backed up or what was going on but for the price that was paid for dinner I didn’t expect to receive service as if I were dining at a lesser expensive restaurant.
