Ruth's Chris Steak House

Unfortunately, the steak was cold and the creamed spinach was thick and gummy. We're on the road traveling in southern states and had two delicious meals at the Ruth Chris in Knoxville, TN. Unfortunately, the meal in Greenville didn't measure up.

The steak and shrimp on the pre-fix menu was excellent. The steak was cooked to perfection.

Travis made our experience memorable and we were able to celebrate three birthdays and we appreciate everything he did for us. 

We have eaten at this Ruth's Cris several times and have never been disappointed. Travis, our server was excellent and everything made our dinner very enjoyable.

My dining experience at Ruth's Chris Steak House in downtown Greenville was outstanding! The food was absolutely amazing—every bite was flavorful, perfectly prepared, and served at the ideal temperature. The atmosphere was elegant yet welcoming, making it a great place to celebrate my birthday. The service was attentive and professional, adding to an already wonderful experience. I highly recommend Ruth's Chris in downtown Greenville if you're looking for an exceptional meal. I will definitely be back!

My steak was decent. The plate edges should have been wiped clean before serving.
I have been to several ruths chris steakhouse, this one was not a pleasant experience. The presentation was horrible. I understand the 600 degrees plate. But that is no excuse for bad presentation. Will not be returning.

It Was My Husband Birthday...Went Downtown Greenville To Eat At Ruthie Chris Got Our Food My Husband Food Was Streaming Hot & All My Food Was Very Cold & Not Tasteful At All ...Set It Back To Kitchen...Were The Cook ReWarmed It at this point Once they bought it out My lobster 🦞 was burnt....Manager came & said she would handle it...But That Was True... The Service On my Husband Birthday Was Horrible... Do Not Recommend

Loved the dinners

Had one issue, bar tender kept refilling my son's ice tea without telling us it was $4.50 a glass full. NOT cool and we're frequent customers.

Primetime service and food. Elegant and calm place to enjoy prime dishes and drinks with a nice river view.

Recommended dishes: Cowboy Ribeye Steak, Loaded Baked Potato, Tomahawk Ribeye, Petite Filet Mignon and Mashed Potatoes

If I go back, I won’t be getting the steak. New York Strip was absolutely loaded with black pepper and not even seared correctly to render the fat. The service was good and the other food was fine, but if you want a steak in Greenville I recommend Halls Chophouse or Between the Trees as both can cook can incredible steak.

We had to get out of there as fast as we could. Me and my husband don’t ever return steaks or complain about the cook of a steak but this time we had to. He ordered medium rare and I ordered medium. We cut into our steaks and I took a bite of mine and it was overcooked and his was way more over cooked. We decided to ask if we could get them recooked because we have never experienced this before at Ruth’s Chris. The server happily took them back and apologized. Few minutes later the general manager comes back with a flash light to try to convince us that the steaks are cooked perfect temperature. I should have told her to bring out the thermometer to check! Never in my life have I experienced something this bizarre. I work in customer service and would never treat a customer like that. So this rating is for the general manager. See you never again lol
