Ruth's Chris Steak House

Dinner was excellent, and the service was outstanding. The only complaint I would even have would be that it was very humid and warm in the dining room. I did tell the manager and from what I understand this has been an ongoing problem.

Had a great dinner as always at Ruth's. Zach took great care of us and helped us celebrate a birthday and buying a new home. Enjoyed talking with manager as well. So glad this is so close to us when we stay in Greenville.

We always expect a good experience at Ruth's Chris, and this celebration did not disappoint! Good food, good service, good atmosphere - we will be back.

This location was not good at all. Very disappointed. I will never eat at this location again. Around the table on the floor was dirty and nasty. My lambs Chop was over cooked. I feel the price for this location is to expensive for the services received

Great place to go for a celebration.

We have visited this Ruth's Chris many times and we always enjoy it. But I'm feeling it's now more of a 4 star restaurant based on my last few visits. And this last visit was really 3 stars. My filet the last couple of times has not tasted very good. I think they have lowered the quality. The shrimp cocktail is no longer jumbo. 5 large shrimp is what you get now. We were celebrating my birthday. They placed glittery tabs things on the table. That was it. I expected more and in their defense, I may need to lower my expectations. We normally spend at least $150 -175 per meal and leave at a minimum a 20% tip. Sadly I think Ruth's Chris is struggling to keep high end customers. I do understand that the restaurant business is very difficult. We will still continue to go and expect a little less.

My wife and I celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary. The staff was very attentive to our celebration. The food was excellent. We highly recommend Ruth's Chris Steak House in Greenville, SC

Our food and service was exceptional. The restaurant was not crowded and we throughly enjoyed ourselves.

Went for dinner with my son last night and loved our dinner. Waiter was great... think his name was Eddie. Food was awesome and management even stopped by to check on our meal. Unfortunately, I forgot the credit card after paying for our meal. I went back today and was greeted by the same sweet host I had last night... Dark hair and very helpful but didn't get her name. She tracked down my card and wish I would have had cash to tip her. Thanks Ruth's Chris ... We will be back for sure.

Our food was excellent but unfortunately the couple that went with us the husband steak,had to be returned 3x's before it was correct. The waiter was apologized for the mistakes, went and got manager and the manager came over on the 1st returned and he too apologized. The 2nd time steak still was correct now the waiter is embarrassed 😳 and took it back again. The 3rd time when steak arrived it was correct. ( We were almost finished eating and they gave a free dessert to his wife for the inconvenience of the food. They offered to take the price I f the steak off too.

Everyone enjoyed their steak and the salmon was the best I've ever had. No one like the scalloped potatoes so that was a waste of $42. Our waiter did not appear interested in serving us. We were a party of five for Father's Day and he was mostly absent.

The steak was overcooked and my shrimp were undercooked. I was disappointed, as Ruth Chris is my go to restaurant.

The best part of the meal were au gratin potatoes and the lobster Mac-n-cheese. My girlfriend loved her mixed drink. I question if the petit filets I ordered were actually filet mignon. It was cooked perfectly, but it was tough, and very chewy, not characteristic of a filet. I work with cutting and inspecting beef and was not happy with it.

The service was pretty good, they kept our drinks topped off and were checking on us regularly. I couldn't be upset with them, because the quality of the steak was not their fault.

This was my first time visiting there and I'm not sure if I will go back.
