“I’ve been looking for a decent barbecue spot for a while, and overall I was pleased with this one. Not the best barbecue I’ve had, but definitely not the worst.

I ordered the half rack of dry-rubbed ribs with fries and mac and cheese. The ribs were cooked phenomenally. My only complaint is that I wish the dry rub had a little more flavor, though their sauces definitely helped make up for it. The mac and cheese was okay, and the fries were a little oily and unsalted, but since this was a to-go order, that was an easy fix at home.

One minor frustration was receiving a text that our order was ready when it actually wasn’t, resulting in a wait. A little annoying, but not a major inconvenience.

“We are new to the area and desired to try Carolina BBQ. Discovered Henry's Smokehouse reading other Google reviews and decided to try it out. The atmosphere is casual, the staff is very friendly, but mostly the food is truly delicious. We tried the chopped pork plate which melts in your mouth and the choice of sides are also great. Topping off a great meal was their homemade banana pudding, is a must try for banana fans. Government it a try, but come hungry. Thanks for a great experience.“
