Highly recommend!!! Very nice and clean place. The people are very nice and helpful and the food comes out very quick. Most of their food is gluten free and all of it is very clean and made in house. Their bowls and juices are so so good!

Great presentation and overall vibes, but the smoothie bowl was a bit lacking for me. It was very icey and the base of the bowl did not have much flavor. However, I tried the smoothie, which was great, and I love their commitment to fresh ingredients and fruits. I would come back to see if my experience was a fluke.

can see why they have 4.4 stars. asked her to honor the price on the menu and after she hesitated i just SMILED and said it’s ok, thank you. she got an ugly attitude and started barking at me half to door. good luck running a business like that! i literally just kept smiling and saying “it’s really ok, have a good day” great start to my day, i’ll happily take my $11 to countless other businesses downtown.

I’ve been wanting to write this post for awhile, but out of respect for my daughter I didn’t. Now that today the owner fired her, I can get the truth out so people know what their supporting when visiting this place. My daughter worked there for over a year and during this duration, Olivia (the owner) has belittled her, yelled disrespectfully, gave her the silent treatments, and has been rude and condescending in person and through texts. This didn’t only apply to my daughter but other employees as well. None of her employees which of whom my daughter made friends with, liked her or had any respect for her. She acts like she above everyone else and lies to customers about food items being organic and the amount of calories are in them. I have been in management for 18 years, and in all my experience, I’ve never been so speechless about the professionalism and integrity of someone who is managing “people”. There is a proper way to manage and encourage your staff so they enjoy their work environment to which they are devoting so much of their time too. It’s just not right.

The owner is the purple-haired woman in there, I think. She was really ill-mannered and unwelcoming. Additionally, I saw her treat her employee rudely, and I won't stand for it. The second problem was that I became really ill from my wellness shots. The blueberries in my bowl were covered in mold. It's disgusting, especially since this is a "fresh and organic" business.

The pumpkin smoothie was absolutely delicious! I like the urban industrial feel with high ceilings, earthy colors and rustic wood tables. I went there multiple times during my short stay.

Absolutely delicious smoothies!!!!! I needed a refresh and a pick me up all in one. I was very impressed by the different flavor combinations that they provided and came up with. The staff had great recommendations for a first comer like myself and even had samples out to try. It definitely gives a coffee bar vibe in a smoothie shop. I loved it!
