This is my first time having a bad experience at Starbucks, usually Starbucks has well trained friendly baristas and overall I have had good experiences,BUT NOT TODAY 03/31 around 5pm. Baristas had a attitude like they didn't want to be there, when my order was ready they didn't had the decency of letting me know my order was ready, I was literally sitting in front of the bar and they were empty and slow, my drinks just sat there until I notice them.

One of the best Starbucks I have ever been to. The drink quality and food quality is always great. The customer service is always great. The location is either in a good or a bad spot. Lunch traffic and 5 o’clock 6 o’clock work traffic makes it a little difficult to get in.

I came to this starbucks about 1hour before I wrote this review and I had a great time, the frappe i got was amazing, everyone was friendly. Then I left and picked up my pizza and went home and I realised I left my bag with my wallet and other things that are important to me like a sketchbook that I've put months of work into. Most importantly my wallet with all my money and my id. I immediately turn around and head back. I live about 10-15 minutes away. I looked up their number and started calling. It rang and there was no answer, so I kept calling because my bag with my important things was left in the open there. Eventually, there is an answer. I start to explain but before I get past "Hi" they hung up. I called again, and the same thing happened. They answered then they hung up immediately. I got to the starbucks before I actually got a person to speak on the phone. I go in there and I found my bag. Everything was still in it and then I approached the kind of larger dude with black hair and goatee and beanie and I explained what happened about how whoever answered the phone hung up immediately. He told me "Yeah we heard you calling, but we are like suuuper busy." There were 4 people inside, 2 sitting down, one person just walked in and one person being handled at the cash register. There were 4 employees that I could see and 3 cars in the drive-thru. If I sound like a Karen, then oh well, because if they had the time to repeatedly answer and hang up then they had the time to fully answer and see what I was calling about, seeing as I called back to back for 15 minutes. If there phone is ringing that much then something must be up. What really bothers me is the fact that he acknowledged that I was calling and that they were hanging up immediately after answering. It is super hard and tedious to get an id replaced. I had all my money in that bag and I had other things that were important to me in that bag. If someone is calling that much, pick up the phone. It baffles me the fact that they answered and hung up- probably because they were tired of hearing it ring.Edit: I cant remember the name but the green haired chick with the pony tail and dinosaur on her name badge was really sweet when we were ordering!

Does ANYONE ever clean this store???Disgusting filthy sticky floor. The outdoor patio area looks bad too!Two pieces of clothing left on patio?I didn’t even want to go into the restroom.The inside needs sweeping and serious mopping !!!They need someone to come in and deep clean if the employees don’t want to do it.It is ridiculous, uncalled for, unprofessional and disgusting.Bad communication and customer “service?” (if you can call it service) and the coffee was awful.Yes I have been in Starbucks in at least six states as I work remotely. If this isn’t the worst one, I would HATE to see worse !!!!I could take a LOT of pictures to prove my point but am meeting someone here, unfortunately! and don’t have the time to post them right now.Probably the WORST STARBUCKS IN THE SOUTHEAST.

I always love this Starbucks location until my husband had to pick up my order. The employees ignore him and didn’t greet him but the other customers you did greet them. My husband he is dress presentable but i felt like it’s more racial profiling because you seen dark skin individual is there to pick up an order. All fails to help him. He never been inside. Poor customer service. My husband is a United States Marine Veteran. Hire better employees that aren’t racial profiling.

I just have to say, out of the 10+ years I have been going to Starbucks, today was hands down the best experience I have ever had. I was greeted by a wonderful lady named Nissa and I could tell she was more passionate about giving you the right cup of coffee for you rather than you just being another transaction. I am never confident in trying new things at Starbucks because I honestly get overwhelmed by the menu. Nissa really slowed down and personalized my experience by asking me literally if I wanted a coffee flavored drink or a refresher and we built up from there. I now have my own drink I know I can order from Starbucks whenever I got. I highly recommend this store and I absolutely appreciate the extra mile service I received today.
