......if you're in the mall i recommend skipping that location bc the staff is very rigid over there. Dont expect anything extra.

I recently placed a mobile order for pickup at this Starbucks location. When I arrived, it was raining heavily and the drive-thru speaker area had no shelter. I didn’t want to get soaked, so I went straight to the pick-up window to collect my order. The staff told me I should use the speaker box next time, but given the weather and the fact that I had already ordered, this didn’t make sense to me.
I was disappointed by the lack of flexibility and understanding from the staff, especially considering the circumstances. I hope Starbucks considers adding shelter to the drive-thru speaker area or offering better options for mobile order pickups during bad weather. Customer comfort and convenience should be a priority.

I had a horrible experience. We were grabbing two coffees and two breakfast items on our way to a parade downtown. When we got to the location, there was a long line at the drive-through so I made a mobile order. When I got to the speaker I told them I had a mobile order and they told me to pull around. That has never happened in the hundreds of times I’ve made a mobile order and went through the drive-through. There was a woman who claimed to be the manager who came out to my car at the drive-through speaker to yell at me. I also had my kid in the car. I asked her for her name and she just walked away. I go to write a review and I read all the reviews of how rude and unprofessional this location is. I sincerely hope Starbucks steps in and cleans up this Starbucks’ staff.

This location disappoints me every time! The customer service sucks, no smiles or warm greeting. I came a couple weeks ago and asked for the strawberry açaí refresher. It was rushed to be made did not have any strawberries and was all around very dissatisfying. Came in today ordered a vanilla latte same thing. Was not made how I ordered it and the cost was wayy more than what I pay for the same exact drink at the stand alone Starbucks locations. Yes I am NOT a happy customer with this location.

Fast and friendly service at 6:45 in the morning. Pistachio latte was delicious, also the flat white.

Parking: Smaller parking lot, but I was there before 7 am, so it didn't matter. Also had a drive-thru.

I go to Starbucks as a “pick me up” before work. Not for the product, or the caffeine. I don’t have the greatest work situation currently and Starbucks is a nice buffer between getting to work and starting to work.

There is one singular employee that is so negative, and rude it makes the experience terrible. The individual does not say “hello”, instead the individual commands a “what do you want” from the drive they speaker, or if you happen to have enough time, you can go in the store and you can have your whole order taken without being looked at or spoken too. If she places your drink out the window and you are too busy trying to get your stuff back together, don’t worry, you get your sit an extra five minutes because she pulls your drink angrily back in and makes you wait as punishment for not being ready on her time.

I have spoken to the district manger on two occasions about how rude and off putting this employee is, once over email and once in person. Companies only listen to Google reviews. After reading the other comments on here, it seems like others have had the same experience with an individual like this at this location. I spend around 12 dollars a visit, I work 5 days a week. You can do the math. I hope employing the absolute rudest individual and continuing to do so is worth a loss in profit. For anyone reading this, the Starbucks that is a mile down the road on Woodruff/Laurens is a much better visit all together. Here you don’t have to worry about the mean cash register spitting in your latte.

This was the worst experience I have ever had in any coffee store ever! I will never visit this store again. I visited this store 1-24-25 around 1-110p and there was a lengthy line, nothing new there so I decided to wait. While standing in line a lady comes up to interrupt the line to inform staff there is no soap or paper towels in the bathroom and staff just said they were aware. Still waiting an unusual amount of time IMO and the lady in front of me says she has been waiting too long as well. Then a female black employee with a black shirt on comes in from the mall like she had been on break with a guy friend wearing a coastal Carolina sweatshirt , she asks him what he wants to drink and he tells her all within earshot of us who have been standing there, she sets her water and her orange RAZ VAPE on the counter in front of everybody and yes I mean a vape that you smoke, then she made her friends drink, gave it to him and stood at the end of the bar talking to him while the rest of us are still waiting, and her orange vape still sitting on the counter in view of customers and within reach of my child and the lady’s child in front of me! Complete lack of responsibility or accountability, no respect for her job,her coworkers or any customer standing in that line! Zero work ethic and ZERO excuse for this and she should be held accountable! She acted like she was standing in her own kitchen with a disgusting sense of entitlement! Then the lady in front of me gets tot he register and orders one cookie and pays cash and your staff doesn’t have change for $1.49. She told them to keep the change meaning the .49 and the staff told her they didn’t even have a dollar! Completely unacceptable! Then another man comes to the register to complain about the bathroom and of course my child has to go , so I take her to my astonishment not only is there still no soap or paper towels but the bathroom itself is nasty from the floors to the walls to the toilet! There is not one person responsible for this , this goes all the way up to leadership for allowing all of this behavior to continue which is evident by plenty of reviews. It is dang near impossible to find the right path to file a complaint online so this review will have to do. I can not stress enough DO NOT GO TO THIS STARBUCKS!!!!!!!!

Today I went to the drive thru at SB and there were cones in front of the speaker where you order and after a few minutes we had no answer. There were other cars in front of me getting coffee etc. So we proceeded to the window. We told the young woman no one came on the speaker and we would like to place an order. She told us you can't, you have to go back to the speaker. I asked her why she couldn't place our order since we were at the window and she is the cashier with the register right in front of her. Side note, there was no one else in the drive thru but us. She said we would have to drive around again and speak thru the speaker to place an order. No real reason why she could not take our order at the window! Terrible customer service. She could have easily taken our order while at the window. The register works just the same. Absolutely disappointed with this, SB usually has outstanding customer service and there was no sign that said the speaker is working despite the cones. Train the staff to do better. I couldn't park and go in the store due to an injury hence wanting to utilize the drive thru.

This is the most low rent Starbucks I've ever been to. Dirty countertops. Garbage overflowing. Half and half sitting out on a countertop in the Pet milk container unfrigerated. It was not terribly busy. There were at least 7 employees and a short line. I asked for a tall blonde roast that never came out. After 15 minutes I asked again. Finally came out after further delay and was luke warm.
