I'm a officer I went up to the store with my wife and kid and there's a older white lady and older black lady there were extremely rude and not polite. I respectfully told them to wait so I can back up and look at the menu out the way instead of them saying okay and waiting there just ride I highly suggest you guys not to go there if I can give them -800 stars I would.

Went to this subway for a sweet onion teriyaki chicken & meatball sub footlongs. The lady running the register refused me my coupon because she said these 2 subs were not eligible. And she was not polite about it. Further looking into it and speaking to someone, those sandwiches were in fact eligible, this specific lady just did not want to allow me to use it. The other lady working was very nice but the older white lady running the register had an attitude and she was very quick to tell me no for my coupon. Sandwiches were small and thin for $21. I haven’t had subway in years and I finally gave it another chance, just to be reminded why it’s a waste of time & money to go there.

The ladies who work here (all of them!) are unbelievably kind. They are cheerful every time I walk in the store, and each person really seems to care about what they are doing. It's like getting a sandwich and a hug! Because three people are involved with the process, there is almost never a line! It is, by far, the fastest Subway, as far as sandwich-making goes. And the food seems much more fresh than other Subways. In fact, I drive twice as far to come to this Subway on Brendan Way, rather than the one near my house. Excellent service! They take most coupons, but not all - so just ask. :o)

This location is never open. I've stopped here 3x today being the third and the doors locked even though hours say open. Won't try this place again ever.

Made my sandwich wrong and then got mad at me when I asked them to remake the sandwich horrible customer service telling the customer that I made the order in the app when the ticket clearly didn't say to put honey on it maybe if the people here weren't so rude they might have time to train their staff correctly

Attention alot of subway s don't take coupons but there food is still great . So if you have a coupon from Subway be sure you ask first.my question is why print them and you can't redeem them in your community

Other than the food being superbly mediocre, if I want to pay JerseyMike's prices, then I'll go to Jersey Mike's! So when i come to Subway it is usually because of a coupon offer.
...Except more than once they have lured us with a coupon only to decline to accept it. Their excuse is written nowhere on the coupon, and they offer no alternative to actually being able to use the coupon. $26 for two subs that the coupon said would cost $12.99.
It's a shame. I run a small business just down the road from them. Out of principle, I will not be back. I can't stand slight-of-hand.

Very disappointed with my food. My wife and I have frequented this location many times and have never had an issue, so I'm hoping today was a fluke. 3 sandwiches were ordered and all 3 were lack luster in appearance. The bread was hard on my son's sandwich and the toppings were very skimpy on me and my wife's sandwich.

Just received my order and could not eat any of it. My sub fell apart as if it was made by a child. I've never left a review in my life but save your hard earn money and stay away from this subway. Most disgusting food service in my life.
I came to this establishment and I was not greeted or acknowledged, no welcome to subway or anything. From the looks of it they were completing online orders. There were 3 employees two making subs the other fixing a drink and no other customers in the store. Out of 3 employees I had to wait 10 minutes for an employee to even acknowledge me a paying customer who is actually in the store. Look I'm all for being reasonable but out of 3 people one person should be readily available to help a customer who is instore. The disrespect of waiting 10 minutes even be acknowledged when you're the only one in the store at the time is absurb. But I do find it amusing 2 patrons of a different ethnicity came in as I was checking out and had no problem being acknowledged and getting serviced quickly. Customer service goes a long way and I received none during this visit.

ON THE TOUCH PAD we said 50% more meat not double
I wasn’t given double meat or even the 50%
Every time I crave subway it’s never up to my expectations of what the brand used to be
