I ordered a red velvet cake for my birthday. Got to the pickup location that was on my order confirmation before pickup time. Waited until about 10 mins after scheduled pick up and finally called the owner. Was told they thought my order was for tomorrow and it was overlooked by them bc they were out of town working for the holiday. Will issue a full refund, but still doesn’t help the fact that I’m without a birthday cake and no time to find someone else last minute.
