Our favorite sushi and Japanese restaurant in all of Greenville! Max, the owner, is so nice and an amazing Chef. The sushi is so fresh and high-quality. The service is always amazing and we love that it is in downtown Greenville! 10/10 recommend.

The atmosphere of the place is very nice and it feels cozy and intimate. I had a Shoyu Ramen and it was absolutely delicious, the broth was so rich and it had so much flavor that I want to go back to have another one right now. I can really recommend!

I don't always get to come to Greenville, but every time I do, I go to Sushi Go. Wonderful sushi place right on Main Street. Sarah was very friendly and provided wonderful service. The Hot Tonight and Spicy Tuna rolls were both delicious. And the Green Pearl is one of the best cocktails I've ever had!

The freshest fish in Greenville, SC. There is no comparison if you actually like raw fish and are familiar with sushi. My family and I have been going to SUSHI GO for years. I hope they never change the quality. Just be patient as it is a smaller, quieter restaurant. Really perfect for date night if you want to have an actual conversation with someone.

This restaurant was one block from our hotel and we decided to give it a try while in town. The food was really good, and so was the service. We tried a few dishes and loved them all.

I had the most beautiful, delicious sushi here last night. I chose to get the Nigiri 7 and look at that plate! I really enjoyed this restaurant as it seemed to have more exotic and numerous items on the menu than other sushi restaurants I’ve been to, particularly in the asheville/hendersonville area. I wish I was a local so I could dine here at least once a week and try all the things. Other than the delicious, fresh sushi, the waitstaff was incredibly attentive and kind.

If I could GO back for more sushi right now, I would! Every dish I tried at SUSHI GO was excellent. I went during lunch as well, and the prices are fair for the amount of food. For an appetizer, I ordered the takoyaki, which was very crispy and had a satisfying amount of octopus inside. For sushi, I ordered the Crunchy King, while another at my table had ordered the Crunchy Queen, which I also tried. It was some of the best sushi I’ve had in my life! I highly recommend both. The fish was fresh, the perfect amount of sauce was drizzled on top, and eight pieces of Crunchy King were enough to be filling. I also can’t forget to mention the amazing service and kind staff. SUSHI GO is definitely a bucket list restaurant for Greenville. I can’t wait to GO back on my next visit to the city!

Very good for weekend dinners, as they tend to have actual Japanese staff at that time (meaning: good service). Outside of that, the service from most waiters is lackluster. There’s a striking juxtaposition in eating very authentic-tasting Japanese food, while receiving authentic-feeling American crassness from servers. The sushi chefs may sometimes gossip about work topics loudly with other staff members. Having 20-something-year old American servers awkwardly pipe out ‘Irashimasay’ is cringe. Food is very good and authentic! Okonomiyaki is microwaved, disappointing but perhaps expected for low-volume dish. The best soups and assorted hard-to-find Japanese dishes in town.

We loved this place, and wish we'd been sooner. Highly recommend. Food and service are excellent, and the atmosphere is supreme. It's quiet, dark and soothing. They're open on Sunday evening, which is great for post-matinee.

This was a cute spot. Service was good. I ordered the Sukiyaki Beef Udon. I thought it wasn’t a soup base dish because it didn’t say in the description. I know some places make it differently. It did say beef was on top of the udon. Was a bit disappointed, not because it was soup. I barely could find any beef. It taste good. It was piping hot. My friend got the Miso Ramen, she said it was okay. My other friend, she got the Chirashi bowl. Nice location in downtown Greenville.
