Excellent service and amazing food. I also love that when they run short on something, and it's being delivered, they leave a lovely note and always make up with something nice.

I built my own soothie bowl & it was so good! The ingredients were fresh and the base wasn't overly sweet and it was a huge portion ( I ate half for dinner and half for breakfast) If I was doing a review on the smoothie bowl itself it would have been a 5 star review. The poke bowl was the coco shrimp. I like that I was able to change the base from rice to mixed greens, it also comes with rice puffs, but I left those off. It was very light and refreshing. Reminded me of a bowl of sushi without the seaweed. It was just ok...nothing I would have to order again.

I really like this place an consider it a healthy treat every once in a while. However, today I ordered for takeout, my order was accepted so I headed out to pick it up. When I got there at 630 PM, not only had they cancelled my order without explanation but had already closed even though the sign says they don’t close until 7, and google say 9. I’ll be making these at home from now on.

I got a poke bowl and everything about it was awful. It takes a lot for me to not enjoy something. It did not taste fresh at all. I couldn’t even finish it. The salmon or the veggies. The rice was perfectly cooked though.

Neat and clean and the wraps were low carb and healthy and very very friendly staff. Ambience was great. We enjoyed discovering this place right opposite Hyatt.

I was excited to hear that Sweetberry brought on poke bowls because they're one of my favorite things, but I was disappointed in the overall quality and price. For starters, a 2 scoop bowl cost me $16 before tip? I thought that price was outrageous, considering I've had better quality for cheaper in other poke bowl restaurants and in other states. The "sushi" rice was extremely dry and their "ponzu" sauce was actually soy sauce, which isn't a preference of mine. It threw me off entirely. And the to-go bowls provided simply aren't big enough for easy mixing since my sauce was separate (that I didn't ask for).I also had gone in on a slow time, aka just myself in the restaurant, and it took about 20 minutes for two girls to make my bowl. I'm not sure if they were working on online orders, but I was disappointed in how long it took.Overall, it tasted alright but it's not worth the price. I might try the actual sweet bowls next time for a 2nd chance. Go get poke elsewhere.

My girlfriend and I went here for the first time and I must say the customer service was great and the bowls were delicious. The employees greeted us when we first walked in and were happy to help. I tried the "OG acai bowl" that came with granola, chocolate protein, banana & peanut butter. My girlfriend ordered the "tiger kiss bowl". It came with granola, mango, kiwi, pineapple and honey. We will definitely be back again.

Good food, bad service. My two sisters and I visited on August 25th at around 3. The açaí bowls were good, but the girls working were horrible, leaving all three of us uncomfortable the whole time we sat and ate our food. My sister is gluten free and vegan due to many severe allergies and when she asked if the salad dressing was gluten free and vegan, one girl said “I don’t know” turned to another girl, and said “do you know?” She said “I don’t know, why are you asking me?” They continued to point and laugh at us the entire time we were there. They never asked if we needed anything, just proceeded to hide and whisper, point, and giggle.

Fabulous, fabulous pitaya (dragon fruit) bowls!Built my own bowl with pitaya base, granola, blueberries, mango, and kiwi slices, topped with almond butter and cacao nibs! Will absolutely order this again. Flavor explosion of healthy fats and antioxidants. I like to “eat the rainbow,” as they say. And this is a perfect place to do it. Competitively priced with other smoothie bowl places like Southern Pressed and CoCo Bowls.Lots of basic, but fun greenery decorations provide a jungle vibe. Bathroom was in good working order and clean.Highly recommend if you’re on the north end of Main Street in downtown GVL looking for a fun, tasty, healthy pick me up.
