The BIG Clock of Powdersville

My family and I used to eat here frequently, and it was once one of our favorite restaurants. Unfortunately, our last three visits have been consistently disappointing.

Each visit has included significant issues, whether it was receiving the wrong food entirely, waiting extended periods without drink refills, or experiencing an overall attitude that suggested customer service was not a priority. We've also noticed that we've been charged incorrect prices that did not match the restaurant's menu.

It's disappointing to see how quickly this restaurant has declined. I sincerely hope the owners take a close look at the current management because poor leadership often reflects throughout the entire staff. The lack of professionalism, attention to detail, and customer care has become impossible to ignore.

What was once one of the best places to eat in Powdersville has, in my opinion, become one of the worst dining experiences in the area. If it were possible, I would give zero stars for service.

I genuinely hope the owner reads these reviews and takes swift action to restore the quality and reputation this restaurant once had before poor management and a lack of accountability cause lasting damage.

Just saying food is half way okay. But the cashiers and hostess need a much need training in customer service. How to speak to people , not to lie about much noticed mistake. Own up that your not right , people would respond better. I Do Not recommend this place by no meanings. Not worth the wait for any amount of time. Go to Arnold's or Spinx by that matter.

Wasn't the best choice mac n cheese was pretty good but won't be going again. Price a bit high for quality of food.

My experience at Big Clock in Powdersville was just okay. The food was decent, but there is definitely room for improvement when it comes to the service. The staff could be more attentive and provide a better overall customer experience.

That being said, it wasn’t a terrible visit. The restaurant has potential, and with some improvements in service, it could become a much better dining experience.

No wifi. Warm. Crowded. Mushrooms were good. Mac cheese cold. Mashed potatoes cold. Hamburger steak was cold, dry, over cooked. Friendly attentive staff. -2.9% discount for Cash $ Payment

Really Good Food and Awesome Service

Ordered onion rings the onions were not done, breading had no taste. They didn’t even look like what I normally get. Wasn’t satisfied at all.

I had an excellent breakfast with excellent service. Trish did an amazing job and is one of the main reasons I eat there. The food was on point and I will be back very soon

I am surprised to see a bad review on Trish. She is our favorite waitress at the Clock. In fact we were there when this couple was. I heard her ask them several times if she could get them anything else. The food was also very good. We always enjoy seeing Trish at the Clock!
