I was very excited tonight but it turned out to be a huge disappointment. I have been to Brazilian grills in USA and outside USA. Always enjoyed. Out of first 4 meat 3 were left overs that have been warmed up. Each serving was extremely small portions ( one small bite). After that we did not eat anymore. And serving was extremely slow. We are in food business and I really do not like to say anything negative but had to tell this. I expressed my disappointment and paid the full price. ?

Poor service but food was good quality. We had reservations set for 7:30p party of 2. Upon check in we waited 10 minutes to be seated then once our waitress left our table we grabbed a plate from the salad bar. Waited patiently for 20 minutes until the first piece of meat finally came to our table. Meat service was lagging, very slow in between to come around to our end of the restaurant. By this time we had already finished our 1st salad bar plate & had time to grab more from the buffet sidings. In addition, when my waitress brought me A1 sauce it was completely empty. I had to wait another 15 minutes before she came back by to tell her that I needed a new one. I've been here plenty in the past & have had much better service. For it being a Saturday night & surprisingly not as busy as usual. I would think the meat would of came around faster & my waitress to be more attentive. Not highly recommending this place anymore to anyone. Was very dissapointed.

A little slow getting started and getting our bill. That being said, great food. Great flavors. Friendly staff. Happy we tried it. Super fresh salads and hot foods on the buffet. Great carved steaks and chicken. My wife loved the mango fish.

Was good food overall. Some meats were a bit tough but the majority were nice and tender. They have a great selection on the salad bar and side dishes to accompany the steady flow of meat skewers rotating around the restaurant. If you go for dinner then skip lunch that day! Make sure you finish with some of the skewered pineapple!

The food is absolutely amazing. They create such a good atmosphere and have such a great selection. They also are really great at bringing around what you ask for and making sure you leave really happy with your dining experience. Love it!

Its dirty, the steak sauce was expired, the floors were greasy, manager was inefficient, the salad bar was not fresh and it was spilled al over. The steak? Didn't make the rounds to the tables. A plate of shrimp I ordered? Because food was not making the rounds, came after I paid the bill. Worst restaurant ever.

We had a party of 11. The meats tasted good. Atmosphere was nice. Customer service was ok. Dishes weren't very clean. My glass for my lemonade was not clean, it was dirty and had a slight lipstick stain on it. At the salad bar we saw tiny roaches on the floor and saw one on the buffet counter next to the collard greens. We won't be going back anytime soon.
