Our server Hannah was so sweet, gracious, friendly and professional. Chicken and waffles were THEEEEEE BESTEST!!!! I come here often coz I love the food, menu items, ambiance, service and vibes.
We enjoyed our brunch as usual. It was very cold in the restaurant which was uncomfortable. I mentioned this to our server but nothing was done.
First time visit to this franchise and this location. Very friendly when arriving. Waitstaff, was a little overwhelmed. Did not get seated with napkins or silverware. Several items on the menu were not available after we ordered. (Our reservation was at 5pm) This should have been explained when we were given the menus. Lots of issues between management and kitchen staff as it was very evident by the manager's "every F...ing Saturday night" frustration. Food did not all come out at the same time and was marginal at best compared to the price. My total bill was over $300 and the food, experience, and service did not match the price. Will not be returning.
The food was delicious. The okra could have used a bit more salt and I'm not someone who salts her food. The waitress was pleasant. Service seemed a bit slow and it was warm in the restaurant (probably hard on a 97 degree day) to control but slightly uncomfortable. Definitely would dine there again!!!
We arrived on a Saturday mid-afternoon, hoping to miss the busiest hours—and we did. While the restaurant wasn't crowded, the service was noticeably slow and indifferent, which kept us there much longer than expected. On the bright side, the food was delicious. The chicken arrived hot and flavorful, but the grits, though tasty, were only lukewarm.
Food was great, atmosphere, relaxing, and Service was perfect!! We had Bree (Spelling?) Who was our server that day. We were celebrating Fourth of July brunch there. It was her first day on the job and she was in training, but she was amazing! She took great care of us!
Great customer service by Mia in Greenville, SC! Professional and excellent all around. Whatever they are paying Mia isn’t enough. Great job!
This is just like a CPK, if that’s what you want it’s fine but all the people here that left 5 star ratings are missing the point. This is not southern food, this is a chain restaurant
Flat out the best eatery experience ever. Parked my car at 1:00 and was finished with a phenomenal meal by 1:35. As soon as we placed our orders they were coming back with them. Great service , happy people, impeccable food. You won’t be sad you chose to come here !!!
40 minutes wait to get seated and 1 hr to get the food. Pathetic service

Great place for Easter brunch. Dan was a great server. We'd definitely go there again.
I am in Greenville about once a month or so and Tupelo Honey has become my go-to breakfast spot. The food is great, the location is great, and the service is great!
While we were shopping in Greenville, we stopped at Tupelo for their lunch special. The pleasant waitress suggested Poblano soup and half Asheville hot chicken sandwich. This really hit the spot on a chilly day.
All the staff were friendly and helpful. We tried the pimento cheese queso and chip -- it was delicious! Our food was also excellent (as usual). The biscuits and blueberry compote did not disappoint. We were not rushed and our server was attentive but not overbearing and allowed us time to space to enjoy our meal. Will definitely be back again soon!
