This is a hotel bar, that in mind, the prices are ridiculous... not in a good way. The staff is amazing, the drinks are ok, but 18 dollars for one not top shelf beverage because you are a hotel is just shady.... At,o sphere, is pretty decent, there's a patio, pool table and other business travelers bitching about the costs of goods.. The food is eeehhhhh.... I had wings which were not crispy, had decent flavor but at the end of the day, I was the only person that ordered food in the 3 hours I was there... could be a sign, for overpriced and lackluster menu

This bar sucks. If you're a custy noob you're gonna love it. Otherwise, steer clear. I can't think of a single reason to return. Prices are high and the atmosphere blows. Stay away!

Bartender was too busy trying to get a date with other patrons than taking care of everyone else. Did not make the drinks correctly. Music was too loud.

This is just a hotel lobby bar. I believe they had some small bites. But basically just drinks.

Hotel staff were rude! Just popped in to look around one afternoon and the woman at the desk was low-key accusatory to me.

Nice place and we enjoyed the billiards and games but bartender was rude as all f for no reason. Super cocky too like he was doing us a favor making drinks.

I spent a few days here while my wife was working in town. The bartenders were excellent but Garrett was the best of all them. The food was great as well. We will definitely go back to have a peaceful night cap.

I'm a local and have been here several times before and always had a decent experience. I went tonight and had a really negative experience. We went downtown looking for a second location, and there was a long line at the other rooftop bar SIP so I suggested we go to WXYZ. After this, I will never recommend WXYZ again. The bartender was rude to people in my group when we arrived and refused to respond to any questions about current beer options other than pointing to a draft beer list on the wall.Because they had a limited beer list left over, I asked for a double of bottom shelf whiskey (Bulleit Rye). They handed me the drink and a bill for 30$ for a single drink. In retrospect, I should have asked the price beforehand, but the bartender was busy and I didn't want to take more time than necessary, so I went with the cheaper option instead of asking the price of a MacCallan 12 - and thank god I didn't order that!I initially wrote off 30$ plus a tip as hotel prices, but then I spoke with the rest of my group, who were charged significantly less for multiple drinks. For example, another person in my group paid less than 30$ for three drinks, and one of those was a Manhattan made with Monkey Shoulder. Since it seemed like I got overcharged, I asked the bartender if my bill was correct, since I was charged 30$ for two shots out of a bottle of whiskey only worth 45$ at most. The bartender said the price was set by the bar and they put in the code correctly. Honestly, I don't know if the bartender lied and overcharged me or if the hotel policy is to charge 30$ for two drinks out of a 45$ bottle. The bartender did give a generic apology to one of the people in my group as we paid the bill to leave, and St. Patrick's day is a rough day to bartend with a single person serving a full bar. Still, this experience was bad enough that I don't plan to ever come back here.If you order from them, you need to ask the price every time so you don't get screwed by them. I don't know if it's the management or the bartender, but what I experienced was completely unacceptable. Given a choice, I will never come back here again, and instead of recommending WXYZ as a downtown spot to try, I will tell friends coming into town to avoid them.I'm sorry to lose a spot that I otherwise would have recommended as a pretty good rooftop bar.
