I love Whataburger and my husband and I visit often. However an experience with the location in Marshall Texas has me wondering about their store managers customer relations training. The manager of the Marshall Texas store needs a refresher course.
I love the food at Whataburger however I can not in good faith recommend them. They do not have a customer service message reminding customers that their reward points are about to expire. Most of their competitors provide this service.
I just lost over 2,500 points to expiration. I notified them that I was traveling extensively in Europe, in the US Midwest and Northeast. I tried to use my points while traveling however there were no locations nearby. There response was...read full review
We have waited and waited to go to Whataburger. Now that we have, I can tell you our experience. We sat in line a total of 13 minutes. We had 2 number 2's with onion rings lightly cooked and 1 of the burgers modified. We also had 2 chocolate milkshakes. The service was fast. The meals were correct, including the lightly cooked onion rings. The staff was curtious and kind. I will definitely go back! Great job y'all!
