As a lay-cook and scientist, there are certain ratios that you have to remember. H2O, Corn Starch and Water, and 80/20. I was walking out of my barbershop, and I heard a man describe another ratio of how he makes his burgers, and my mouth watered. This is how I received a card from the owner, Thomas. I hate that I lost it, but I remembered the ratio.

I can’t say enough good things about Windy City Burgers. First off the staff was incredibly friendly and genuinely seemed to love what they do – which gave the place a great positive vibe.
Now, the food? Absolutely outstanding. I ordered the Pullman Popper burger, and it was pure perfection. Juicy, perfectly seasoned, with fresh toppings and a soft, toasted bun that held everything together without getting soggy. Every bite was packed with flavor.
