This location makes me sick! I come back hoping for a change. Just order ten wings traditional sweet and spicy and received ten wing’s boneless and ice cold. After reading reviews, there no reason calling in to complain. I’m having to put these boneless wings in my own oven. Mouth was watering for traditional smh y’all need to do better! Repeat orders at the window and don’t want somebody waiting if the food is going to be cold anyway ugh

I used to have bad experiences coming here and stopped coming for a while. I decided to give Zaxby another try. Things changed for the better ever since I started coming through while Ms.Faye was working I know that my food is going to be right and she is always going to give me a great experience! Stopped by to get a bite. Dining room is closed at 9:30 PM on a Saturday. Idk anything about the area, so that might be what they normally do. Chicken Philly is out, so... let's just get fried pickles and boneless wings ?Took a good while to get our food too? but then there's only two teens working the drive-through and one adult manning the kitchen. (She was sweeping, mopping something out the back earlier.)The food? If you slide the pickles out of their salt skins, you're in for a tasty treat. Otherwise, it's salt city all night. And it _is_ salty. Jesus H.The boneless wings are chicken tenders in some other states, I'd venture. They were only marginally less salty than the fried pickles...but barely ?? (At least they were thoroughly cooked.)It's fair to say that we're not going to get any Zaxby's any time soon. ??

Ordered a kids meal and a funnel cake to go. The kids meal was missing the sauce and dessert/treat, so I had to return twice. The chicken fingers were good though, as always. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich combo with extra tomato ? and extra pickles. When I got by to work the sandwich had chopped salad tomato and no pickles at all!!!! So I called and spoke with the manager " Michael" he stated that he watched the person make the sandwich and it was tomato on it. He said I could come back and gets some pickles and tomato but he could not remake me another sandwich. The french fries were cold as well. I told him VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I WILL NEVER EAT THEIR AGAIN!!!!!!

This location always take way to long to get my food. I always have to buy extra sauces for my wings since the wings have barely any on them. They get my order wrong or give it to somebody else, which makes me have to wait longer for a replacement order. The list keeps going with this place. Definitely not going back to this location again.
