Yesterday open came in, everyone was friendly... today, closed. Guy who came to door said they’re closed. No explanation, no apology and he couldn’t wait to shut the door.
The lunch crew at this Zaxby’s location has been pretty on point lately. However, the dinner crew is a disaster. Food is over seasoned and cold. Service was nothing but terrible and on the edge of rude. Drink machine was out of almost every regular drink in the lobby. The only thing going for them tonight was the place appeared to be relatively clean. Management needs to step in and improve service and attitude with service crew.
