Cashier great personality and service but this is not a healthy portion of a regular and anderson sc I'd our go to and it's a 1/3 of the portion in anderson and cone is half the size . So 2nd trip with same results and not worth the $6.59 for sure .

I purchased a pint of cotton candy ice cream for my children to take home. They noticed a piece of reddish hair filtered in the ice cream when they were preparing to eat it. I called the store and notified the lead but was informed nothing could be done about it unless we were eating it on-site. I appreciate the opportunity to inform her but will not be returning to make any additional purchases. Anyone of character and basic understanding of cleanliness, is aware that hair is one of the nastiest items that you could find in a food product. This is not acceptable. I will not be supportive when identifying the lack owning up to a need to correct behavior. My family will take our money to support a better establishment.

The service was expedient. The staff was friendly. The ice cream cake was prepared quickly. The cake's presentation was esthetic, and the flavor was exquisite.
I also ordered a strawberry banana waffle cone that was fresh and delicious. The waffle cone was savory and crispy.
I'll be visiting Bruster's again.

Its 2025...upgrade your system. They couldnt get cards to work. Asked me to download app and pay (apparently done before with other customers), So sitting in driveway having to do all this while our order was literally melting in the window....finally I got so irritated by all of it, i told them i was going elsewhere. Paying almost 20 bucks for 2 items,a shortcake and a blast, and cant even pay because the system doesn't work right. Went down the road to Dairy queen and card worked fine and paid a lot less. This was my second time going here since moving to Greenwood...first time was not a good experience either and this will definitely be the last time. Lesson learned.

I love going besides the fact they do not have tap pay, and you do not see a sign that they don't until after you order and feel like a jerk.

For the second time, we came to Bruster's for a special advertised ON YOUR FACEBOOK page. And for the second time, the store knew nothing about it and hassled us. Since I learned from last time we had to have a long discussion and get a lecture from the owner, I had my phone with the GREENWOOD Bruster's Facebook page to show them. The manager had to call the owner. They did honor it, but WHY don't you know what you offer as specials?!?! And you charged for the pup cup because our dog wasn't in the car with us. Why? Because we are going to get a free quarter cup of whipped cream and a dog biscuit?
I rarely post negative reviews, but I am doing so this time. As a business owner, put in the effort to check and know what you are advertising. Don't let your customers be aggravated.
We are done coming to this Bruster's. I hate that because I've been going to Bruster's in all the places I've lived for over a decade. But, I am not going to support a place that is happy to offer such terrible customer service.
Oh, and the special was Teacher Appreciation for 1/2 off 1 item (is that $4 for you?). Thanks for making me feel so special.
Ice cream that I got was melted. Favor great but melted ice cream you scoop from a carton is messy. Others in front of me got hard scoops. I won't be back.

I was not sure they served vegan or non-dairy ice cream but Yea! They did and it’s Oreo cookies and cream but not real cream, it’s so good!
