Great service! Our waitress was super friendly and helpful! The food was really good and the atmosphere was good as well!

Staff was friendly, Food was just ok. On the entrance door it shows they have a C rating which is correct. Building is falling apart, very musty smelling. You can hear people yelling in the kitchen.

Poor management. Awful service. Bad food. Water puddles in the floor from ductwork overhead. (I can only imagine the kitchen is worse.) I honestly don’t know how they even got the B rating on the door. All this it took an hour to get our food while four employees stood around chatting in the dining room ??The only reason I give one star is because this wont post this without it.Take your families somewhere else.The Anderson location is so much better.
Bartender here for fatz in greenwood! Awesome atmosphere. The food is good and the service is on point. Spacious very calming outdoor seating options. Amazing drinks. Cold beer. Wicked Weed IPA and domestic on tap! ?? Let me take care of you and show you why fatz is like family!

How adventure tonight led us to fatz we didn’t realize until we where leaving that they had a c rating. Our service tonight was absolutely terrible the lady running the bar didn’t have any idea what the hell she was doing. We ordered our food my finace got a Philly cheese steak they brought him out grilled chicken on a bun covered in cheese. My mom ordered a steak medium rare the first time it come out it was over cooked so she sent it back after waiting another 20 mins they brought it out wrong again. I ordered the chicken strips and popcorn strip the chicken wasn’t fully cooked it was completely rubbery and the shrimp tasted like old grease. So we tried to eat the food and enjoy our self but the service was terrible and the food was absolutely disgusting and on top of it our bill was $114 we will never come here again I’m making this post to make my friends and family around greenwood to be aware that this place is absolutely disgusting.

We waited 2 hours for our food, when we got it it was wrong. It wasn't that good. I would have been more satisfied with McDonald's and come out way cheaper!

Tried Fatz on a whim, browsing restraunts found this one so gave it a go.Staff were friendly and courteous, my wait staff were efficient and polite ( one was training) the other.There was very little wait time after ordering the restraunt was quiet as it was Tuesday evening around d 5.30pm.I tried the shrimp and grits and was plesantly surprised on Fatz version of this low country favourite.Perfectly cooked shrimp, bacon, Shallotte and cheese garnished grits with Cajun seasoning sprinkled around the rim of the bowl.Visually and aromatically appealing, yep I demolished it.

I ordered mashed potatoes, green beans and ribs. The ribs were the only thing good. The rolls were hard . I was very disappointed.

Both need cushioning, menu has 12 potato sides...kinda ridiculous, ribs are outstanding and Miss Angie the server is fantastic.

Not an experience that was good. Our server was fine and did a great job but sadly the cook staff was terrible. We took a guest with us from out of town that this was her 2nd time eating at Fatz. The first time was so great and this time horrible. I hate leaving a bad review but the food was inedible.

Went to lunch with my wife. The food was top notch. Leah and Jade made our day by keeping us informed (without being asked) about our order and being absolutely wonderful host and server.I've been here several times and never disappointed by the food, service, and atmosphere.

Not spending my money here again. Placed order online prior to leaving our house (Laurens Co). We arrived at the store and walked into the Togo pick up area. We stood at the register for over 10 minutes and multiple servers walked by many times and made eye contact but did not help us. The business wasn't busy at the time, the bar was empty and the bartender said he would be right with us but then a couple came and sat at the bar and he never helped us after they sat down. Finally a lady came to register and began to help us. We told her our name and she stated she couldn't find our order. After we explained it was an online order through the Fatz website she went to look for our order. Then a manager came to us after making eye contact with me and he asked if some one has helped us. I explained the order again. After a couple more minutes the lady began bringing Togo orders but believe it or not, all the Togo orders brought out were not ours. Finally they brought out our order but yet still missed the appetizer. Then when I got home I realized they forgot my side salad.Fatz will not be getting my money again. It seemed the managers were more worried about conversing with each other instead of ensuring proper operation of the establishment. With as slow as the business was at the time I would expect faster response and better service.

My visit was terrible I ordered food around 820 my food was ready at 930, on top of that there was no one inside the restaurant and the drivers for door dash came to pick up there orders there orders were wrong and the lady told one of the customers they were out of fries and that she needed her plate back to put cheese on them, and on top of that I waited a long time for my food and my order was still wrong. I'm never going back and I advise you to keep your hard earned money in your pocket fatz is not worth it. ?

The bar tender is just rude and whatever reason just doesn’t speak or greet you. This is my second time this has happened to me. I’m very friendly and will speak with anyone, I’m a manager as well so Customer Service is everything to me. I’m not sure if she’s prejudice or what because she doesn’t speak to my sister as well. This isn’t an isolated incident or a bad day because my sister has been through this situation with this employee as well. We’re Door Dash Drivers and are an essential part of the company to serve their customers. I have spoken with the manager yesterday about this same incident but today is no better than the previous. I’m AA African American and she’s not but I’m praying that this stops because people want to feel invited instead of like a stranger or burden for someone.
Good food, clean, friendly. Too much food. I wish they had a weekend lunch menu. A little on the expensive side. UPDATE food this time was mediocre. Server messed up my order, so my friend ate her lunch and when she finished, my order arrived. So she got to sit and watch me eat. Calabash fish sandwich was awful. Bread was hard, stale maybe, I did not eat it. Large piece of fish was good, but breading not completely cooked. Fries were okay. Server mumbled, did not check for tea refills. Too make matters worse there were probably 6 tables occupied. I will think a long time before I go back. Met a friend for lunch here. Definitely will not be back. Food was mediocre, service was absolutely horrible. 12:15 on a Friday and most of the tables were empty. No tea refills, no bread, took 10 minutes from the time we sat to get someone to take our tea order. Then another 10 minutes after tea delivered to get our food order taken. Long wait for food and then it's warm, not hot. It was sitting under the heat lamps too long. JUST NOT WORTH GOING BACK!
