“My only reason for giving this four star rating is that when I went through the drive-thru I was the only car there. The customer service representative took my order for a number 1 combo dark meat and asked me to pull down while they prepare it freshly. I waited unbenounced to what was happening for almost 30 minutes only to find out I was forgot about. However the manager on duty tried to rectify the situation by offering me any additional request or meal. Thank you for that.“
“Customer service was okay! I wish my 2 piece White meal lived up to it's correct size or portion! My wing was the size of a boneless wing chicken nugget, and the bone in the wing was broken. Seems like they could have given me another wing to make up for the size of just that one broken wing, and to get another wing they wanted to charge me $2.00 extra dollars and that wing looked exactly the same as the one I had in my box shaking my head! They can do so much better than that!!“
