I placed an order for a pizza on 30 Dec 25, at approximately 2:33 pm. The order taker needs be properly trained in customer service basics (Rude and disrespectful). I spend approximately $120+ per month with Marco's. I will never place an order with Marco's again! Thankfully there are other options to eat pizza here.

I called tonight and made the order at about 10:35 PM..., I called And to find my order with Marissa.., I advise her I will be there by 11:10 PM she told me they would be close, I asked you was my pizza being made she said it was..? I asked her to make it well done And that I will be there to pick the pizza up about 11:05 PM She told me they would be closed and refuse to give me a refund confirmation... I called Greenwood County Police Department about the issue.. They Told me I was making a report because I was in McCormick County at the time.. I told them that I was on my way to get my refund five minutes later a cancellation was made for my order with the confirmation number that I asked for before I call the police.. So I turned around and went home.. Whoever ever Marissa is Within the company... She was very unprofessional, Unkind, It seems like she do not want to work For the values of their Company.. I love Marco's pizza but I will never order from Marco's Pizza in Greenwood South Carolina again!!

Placed my order order was suppose to arrive at 6:11pm around 6:30pm I called to see where my order was worker picked up phone I said Hello I was calling to track my order on the app it’s suppose to been here already but it’s not without hesitation the worker without looking asking for order number name etc he says We don’t have it here I said excuse me you asked for no number order number nothing so how can you say it’s not there sir I have the order number here I ordered over $78.00 worth of food where is my order he kept saying call back later we’re busy so I gave him 29 minutes I called back he said nonchalantly I can’t locate your order ma’am we’re busy my manager is busy he can’t come to the phone we have alot of order I said LISTEN I’M A PAYING CUSTOMER AS WELL I PAID CLOSET TO $80.00 for food and for you to act like my service and my money isn’t good I’ll like a refund he said to me call back tomorrow I said what are you serious I then asked may I have corporate number he replied I don’t have it I want corporate number MARCOS NEEDS TO BE ASHAMED TEACH YOUR STAFF HOW TO HANDLE CUSTOMERS PROPERLY THE LAST TIME SOMEONE WAS PLAYING ON THE PHONE LIKE THE MANAGER AND THAT’S BEEN 4 years ago I have yall another chance after 4 years and get treated like this ILL NEVER AGAIN AND I WAS PLACING THE ORDER FOR A OFFICE PARTY SAD SAD SAD NEVER AGAIN AND I WILL BE COMMUNICATING THIS WITH OTHER BUSINESS AND PEOPLE GET BETTER STAFF AND TRAIN BETTER LISTEN PAPA JOHNS WOULD NEVER TREAT THERE CUSTOMERS LIKE THIS I GOT MY MONEY BACK AND WENT TO THE BEST PAPA JOHNS WHERE MY BUSINESS IS APPRECITED EACH TIME ITS A PROBLEM WOTH MARCOS I GUESS THATS WHAT I GET FOR TRYING TO GO SOMEPLACE OTHER THEN THE BEST PAPA JOHN

White pizza is consistently delicious.
Pizza was delicious and hit the spot. I just ordered another pizza from Marco's in Hendersonville North Carolina. Don't waste your time. It was for delivery pizza was cold!
Always on their game!!
Order took over 45 minutes, and the manager lied and told me my pizza was in the over when I arrived 30 minutes after placing the order. Then I witnessed her asking her employee if he had made the all meat pizza, and he told her no. He then made the pizza and placed it in the oven while I stood there and witnessed the entire lying fiasco! She never came back and acknowledged that she was wrong and that it was NOW in the oven. While I was waiting, another customer came in and inquired about her order (bbq Chicken pizza) and was told it was in the oven. I then watched the manager make the bbq pizza and place it in the oven 5+ minutes later. This manager not only lied to me but to the other customer as well. When I confronted her about her dishonesty, she told me to take my pizza and leave. What a rude, disrespectful person!! She has no business working in a customer facing establishment!! Go order your pizzas from someplace that wants your business!!
Marissa and her staff are excellent. Food is always fresh and cooked to perfection.
