The young girl at drive thru second window had VERY RUDE customer service today. She attempted to hand me my drink which had caramel and whipped cream all over the outside of the cup. I asked her to please put napkins around that before handing it to me like that, and she glared at me and shoved it out the window. She definitely has no business serving customers she needs to be in the back away from people

It takes about 30 minutes to get your food. The people are rude slow when you ask about your order they Look at you like you’re stupid. But seems like if you go through the drive-through, you might get your food faster than going inside.

Having to sit and wait 10+ minutes on more than one visit is frustrating. When it gets so backed up that they are giving out the wrong orders and having customers wait a ridiculous amount of time makes it to where I hesitate before coming here now ! Stop pulling cars!

Went through drive thru without a car behind us ordered 2 QP’s and they asked us to pull up. While sitting there 6 other cars came and went. Terrible service!!
