I Chose Steak Bowl and I must say it was really Delicious . You have the opportunity to add or subtract anything that you wish . Thanks for All the Hard Work !

Went to eat a steak casadea at 7:45. Food prep guy said they didn't have any more steak. I don't really like white meat chicken. I don't use much seasoning on anything. I couldn't understand why this happened. That was what I really wanted. He said they were not going to have any more. I told my wife we could just leave. She talked me into getting the chicken. I ate about half of it reluctantly. When we were eating I saw other people getting steak. When we got ready to leave I walked by the counter and they had been serving steak. I went by the checkout girl and told her what the guy told me. She said he probably meant it was not ready. I told her he did not give me an option of waiting. He told me they were out. Then later, they put it out. She looked really strange looked toward the back where he went. We left ...I was not happy

No more cheddar shredded cheese it's just white cheese. $45 for 2 adults and one child. I can eat for less then $30 at chick fa lia. Will not return.

This was the worst Moe’s experience I’ve ever had. We spent $36 dollars on 2 adult meals and 1 kids meal, and it was not well spent. The rice was crunchy, the adobo chicken was rubbery and did not look safe to eat, one burrito had mystery crunch that felt like eggshells, and the other burrito had a mystery string in it? The drinks from the fountain were the best thing there, and that’s sad.

Very Poor Experience
I placed a pick up order with the “order promise time” of 10:54. The location “opens” at 10:30. I arrived at 10:50 and went up to the door. Locked. I then went back to my car and waited until 11:00. I went back up to the door where another gentleman was waiting due to the door being locked. Another customer approached the door. Three people stood outside for over 5 minutes in 40 degrees temperature. It was not until I finally knocked on the door that someone came to the door and unlocked it. The woman said it would be another 15 minutes. The two other customers left, unserved. Unfortunately I had an online order, because after telling the worker that I was there to pick up an order she said “okay, we will get that out to out now” and then went back inside, locking the door. I sat outside another 17 minutes until finally getting my food at 11:17. I stood outside expecting my order to be ready when she said “now”, therefore expecting it any minute. Two other customers approached and left due to the door being locked. I was not offered to come sit inside. I was not offered a free or discounted meal given the restaurant not being ready to serve customers until 45 minutes past operating hours. Overall a very sad and poor experience, especially for food quality that has slowly gone down overtime at this location.

This location lost 4 customers today, and will likely lose another unless this is corrected. Once our gift cards are used up from Christmas, likely this location will no longer frequented by my family (who are regular customers at least biweekly).
