I’m vegan and this place is vegan heaven. It’s healthy while also offering great vegan protein options. I got the harvest salad, add quinoa, add tempeh, and their maple vinaigrette dressing. All their dressings are vegan except one (the one with honey). This was probably one of my favorite salads I’ve ever had when eating out. They didn’t skimp on the tempeh serving. Just go try it… you’ll be supporting local too! 😊

This family-owned restaurant is not only delicious but gluten free! Try a Mediterranean bowl with grilled chicken and a grilled cheese sandwich. It is the best grilled cheese I have ever eaten.

The customer service is beyond exceptional in my opinion. And the food is really good. I really like how they grill the Tofu (And other items if you ask), to my perfect firmness. They LITERALLY grill the Tofu on demand RIGHT IN FRONT OF YOU! 😁 ❤️💚
This place is amazing!!

What a great surprise - passed through Greer and saw the reviews- it is outstanding, very fresh and flavorful food. Two of us have Celiac - finding a place like this is like winning the lottery.

I’m on an AIP diet and they had exactly what I needed and then some! I love they also have household chemical free cleaners and soaps! We will definitely be back! 💕🙌🏻
I am severely allergic to diary products. I typically do not feel comfortable eatting out due to possible cross contamination concerns, however the owner was so knowledgeable and able to accommodate me so easily I felt very comfortable. I more than enjoyed my meal and wish I lived in the area to frequent this restaurant.
So happy to support this local business. It’s so hard to find healthy options in Greer, and you can taste the difference in their ingredients. The owners are so kind and welcoming, service is quick, and food is absolutely delicious. It’s in an adorable building in a great location. So thankful to have this as a healthy fast option close to home.

Really disappointed with the new Harvest Kitchen. Pre- packaged salad in a bowl too small to mix ingredients. Add- ons are pricey. Chicken was over cooked and tasteless. Had to eat outside in 100 degree heat. It used to be one of my favorites in Greer. I won’t be back.

One of my favorite spots in the area! As a vegan trying to eat gluten free, this is such a gem. It's right next to City Park and you can bring your dog on the covered patio. Most items are vegan to begin with, where you can choose to add a protein (including vegan ones). Everything is gluten free so it is celiac-friendly. I also love the shop, where they have some great prepared items in their cooler/freezers. They also have gluten free alcoholic beverages, so I often grab a snack and a cold drink after walking in the park. Great spot for a quick healthy meal, so happy they're back 💜
This isn't your typical restaurant, its more of a lounge. Very peaceful, private and quite. Great for Reading.

Wow! We ate here today and were blown away with the food quality and friendly service. We ate in the back and had a nice cozy meal. Definitely allergy friendly with quality ingredients.
Absolutely delicious food and great atmosphere! I am so excited that they have opened back up and have so many great gluten-free options. Plus, I cannot forget to say something about the wonderful gluten-free carrot cake that was over the top!
New place, first visit. They had small salads, no protein. Frozen soup to take home. The prices were high for the portions and especially without protein. Their take on clean eating. Very limited amounts of items. Some patio seating. Maybe it will improve, idk. Not my thing, wouldn't recommend.
