“I've been a Jersey Mike's customer for many years now (they put Subway to shame). Only suggestion I have, be very careful when entering your shore points phone number. They use touch screens instead of keys, and I've screwed up the number a couple of times, didn't catch it, and didn't get the points. Check that number before you hit 'Submit'.“

“On Saturday July 18th a gentleman at Jersey Mike’s here on Batesville Rd made my day and offered the best service possible. My dad passed away the end of May and left me a Jeep. I was driving said Jeep and it overheated and radiator blew up on me. While waiting for it to cool down to try and limp it home I grabbed some lunch here. The gentleman behind the counter was very friendly and took my order. I was the only one in there other than one other person already eating. He asked me how my day was going and started to tell him what was going on and we continued chatting. We got to the register and I had my card in hand to pay. He asked me if I wanted a combo and I told him no just my sandwich and a cup of water. He handed me the cup and said it was on him. I said thanks and waited to pay for the sandwich. He said no no the whole thing was on him and he would not let me pay. His kindness was UNMATCHED! It has been a hard year and this meant so much to me. In a time where everywhere you go everyone is ugly, upset, or usually has an attitude about doing their job or just helping this was AMAZING! This guy did not have to do any of this but he did. As I ate and continued to sit inside waiting he and the rest of his staff were beyond friendly to the following lunch time flood they received. They had smiles on everyone’s faces coming in. I wished I would have got his name but Jersey Mike’s you need to give this guy a raise or bonus or anything. He is a 1 in a million human being in today’s world. I will always be grateful for his small kindness during my rough day and will make sure to always visit this store for my sandwiches!“
