The staff was attentive, our server Kayden very prompt. The menu was great and food quality as well. Our first time here since the name change.

Disappointing experience all around. My husband and I have made it a tradition to celebrate our anniversary at a Rick Erwin’s establishment for 20 years. When my husband made our reservation he specified it was our anniversary and the hostess did verify this when we arrived. We have always been treated and made to feel special going all the way back to our Nantucket days. Not the case in Greer. No acknowledgment whatsoever. Not only that, but instead of seating us in an intimate area we were put dead center next to a table of small children. There was another dining area that would have been much more conducive to a romantic evening, but that was not offered to us. We ended up moving to the bar. Our drink order couldn’t be remembered by the bartender who looked and acted overwhelmed and out of place for an upscale setting. With so many choices for excellent fine dining in the upstate, we will definitely start a new tradition for the next 20 years. Do better.

We tried the restaurant week specials. It was a nice way to experience our first time at Rick Erwin's Greer. Service was outstanding with just the right amount of attention. We also appreciated the mgr checking with diners at each table. Although everything was tasty, the highlight was definitely the filet steaks. Cooked to medium rare perfection and butter-tender. What flavor! We'll definitely return.

Best restaurant in Greer. Broad wine selection and excellent steaks, Brussels sprouts are a great side. Service is always top notch. Rivals anything in downtown Greenville. .

We recently visited Rick Erwin's Greer to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The food was immaculate, the service was impeccable, and the attention to our celebration was unmatched. My wife and I especially appreciated Mr. Erwin stopping by our table to offer his personal well wishes on the occasion. We love to celebrate at Rick Erwin's Greer!

Party of 4 celebrating a Birthday 🎂. Special was swordfish and food was delicious 😋. Luke made terrific recommendations and was very attentive. Been here many times and will be back again. Wonderful experience.

Fantastic Anniversary dinner ! Great food , wait staff & lived that the music was low enough to enjoy conversation . We don't enjoy loud dining establishments . Will go back soon.

We had a lovely meal at Rick Erwin's. The burrata appetizer was to die for and our entrees were also excellent. Our server, Luke, did a great job of recommending wine and was very knowledgeable about the menu and super flexible when we asked for a change. Great personality! We thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience.

As usual the food was very good. The service was very very slow. Our table of three waited a long time before server came then our food took a long time. Did not seem real busy. No one apologized. Not typical but was poor

Lovely dinner with friends of over 50 years. The General Manager was very nice, friendly and courteous. We appreciated it very much. Can't wait to return.

Perhaps just an off night.... lots of staff but it seems they weren't working well together. Ordered the surf&turf and included a specific wine to be brought out with my meal. Had to remind staff (waiter and maitre'd) twice for the wine after meal was delivered to table. Wine was finally brought as I was finishing my meal. I will say they removed the wine charge from the bill as I sent it back and offered complimentary drinks for our next visit. However at this price point and “level” of restaurant, I was very disappointed in the overall experience. Will likely be a long time before we return as there are too many other great options available in the Greer area now.

Ribeye steak was average. Not very tender, not worth the price. I can grill a Costco steak that's 1/3 the price and more tender
