had an incredible experience dining here with my husband this weekend. we sat at the bar and received exceptional service from the bartender! everything was delicious and his filet was the most tender he has ever had. loved the she crab soup & the tagliatelle I ordered. we will be returning again soon to try more of the menu!

The service was excellent. I was disappointed in the bisque . I absolutely love bisque and order it every time I see it on a menu. I'd say it was the worst I've ever had. We left it. The shrimp cocktail the shrimp looked like they were air dried out like they weren't covered to protect the moisture.
The steaks were good and the crab cake was good . The mashed potatoes were good. Would I return, I don't think so... Too many places to dine in the surrounding areas . I will say I've dined at Nantucket and Rick Erin Eastside and both were places I'd dine again . I actually dined at Nantucket a few times. The bisque was good at both. And yes, I know supposed to same recipe .

We went for our anniversary and the service and food were great! I had the Bison filet and my wife had the 4oz filet and she said it was prepared perfectly for her and the size option was a plus. My filet was also just right. Triston our waiter (John Oats) was awesome and we appreciate his taking care of us as well as his sense of humor! All in all a very good night for us!

We had a wonderful experience yesterday! I usually take my parents out one to times a month to express my appreciation and we always try new places. Rick Erwin's Greer did not disappoint! Thanks for an excellent night!

The place is well designed for an enjoyable experience. The food presentation and taste was outstanding. Great wine and cocktail selection too. Our server Vicki was outstanding. She has a great personality and made our celebration extra special. We had the opportunity to meet Mr. Erwin and his staff was top notch,

Something broke at Rick Erwin’s. We have never had anything less than a stellar meal at the Eastside location but our first try at the Greer location will be our last. It took 30 minutes to receive the wine we ordered, 15 more minutes for our order to be taken and then at least another 45 minutes for our food to arrive. And it went downhill from there. The burger was charred to a crisp and inedible, the Brussels sprouts were raw, and the filet medallions were average at best. The fish out of water manager could offer nothing other than the kitchen was slammed. It was Friday night and there were three empty tables around us. They need to figure that out or that location will not survive.

The service was top notch. The food was good too, especially the bacon appetizer. Would recommend a collared shirt. A bit pricey but for special occasions this is a perfect place to visit in Greer.

Parking: Parking spots around the block.

We thought Rick Erwin's was good . Food was very good my husband had the filet which he enjoyed. I ordered the 16oz Rib eye . I was surprised when a large beautifully cooked NY strip steak came out. Trimmed of all fat without any marbling at all. I was told this is their delmonico rib eye . I love a rib eye for the flavor ( fattiness ) this did not have that . It was very good but not what I was expecting or wanting for a rib eye. We also ordered the wedge salads which were very good . Our server was excellent and it was a very nice dinner. One other thing , the front room seating is very pretty and was pretty empty . When we arrived for a 6:00 reservation we were taken to a back smaller older looking room and seated in the very back by the entrance to the bathrooms . The hostess was very nice and offered to change our seat but I just don't understand why restaurants do that . Especially because we were an early reservation and the restaurant was quite empty. Needless to say we are going to try it again because the food and service were very good I just need to order a different entree and ask for the front room !

I always love going to Rick Erwins in Greer, but Thursday was a great experience with Trey Hudson! He was amazing and the place was packed. Great choice of musical artists for the Thursday live music!

We love having a great steak house in Greer! The atmosphere and staff are always wonderful and the food is always tasty and steaks are served hot and to the correct temperature that you order. The portions for the salads and sides have gotten much smaller over the last year or so.

Food and service is outstanding. Great ambiance. We were led in an expensive direction for our wines though. Husband asked for house Merlot and a different one was suggested, it cost over twice what the house wine did. And our friend also was suggested a much more expensive mini bottle of wine that cost $45. Much more than expected.
