They took away all the stress of coordination and had a full service staff to take care of everything. We got to sample the menu before making our selections. The food was incredible, but even more than that, they were so easy, professional, and fun to work with throughout the entire process. They made everything feel stress-free and truly helped make our day perfect. Chef James and Denise knew their popular dishes for wedding options and hit the nail on the head. I was concerned with such a large guest count the food would be average, but guest commented how delicious everything was! We ended up with Bourbon Glazed Meatballs and Spinach Artichoke Dip for cocktail hour, Tuscan Chicken and Beef Tips for the entrée. Guest favorites were definitely the meatballs and home-made mashed potatoes. Thanks Southern Palate!!

Southern Palate Catering catered my son and his fiance's rehearsal dinner, as well as, their large wedding reception. We had a variety of delicious appetizers each night and wonderful entrees both nights. Denise and her team were so professional and made everything look effortless at both events. They were very attentive to the bride and groom and made sure they set aside some of all of the appetizers and made plates for both of them of the main entrees because they were visiting with guests and did not have time to make their own plates. We had guests comment on how delicious everything was at both events. I highly recommend Denise and her team, 10/10!
