I am a regular & the staff is always really sweet. This morning I discovered I'd left my purse two days prior and I thought it was gone for sure however I called and they'd found it and kept it for me! I couldn't believe it but they had my back! Incredible ♥️

I love going to this Starbucks because they always take care of me and they know me. It helps because I go there 5 days a week practically. I've always had really good service and when something didn't go right for example, the app doesn't work or doesn't scan then they would give me a free drink. They certainly didn't have to. But they really do take care of you here.

I’m not sure why I keep tormenting myself by walking into a Starbucks and ordering my usual iced black coffee (straight). Every single time, the employees insist on filling mobile orders and drive through orders when they should be taking care of the customers who turn their cars off and make the effort to walk inside the store. This is why Starbucks is doing poorly because they have forgotten basic customer service.
I waited 12 minutes for this….
